Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast terrace is very nice and bright.

The room was old and smelled. Very bad finishings, poor quality fixtures, bad toiletries. Dirty carpets, broken shower. It looked like it was managed by someone who’s never stayed in a hotel.

The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage — it's conveniently situated near key attractions and transport links.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The room was not well-maintained, the service was below expectations, and the overall comfort level was poor. Additionally, the photos on the booking site are outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. This was misleading and contributed to unmet expectations. The hotel would benefit from updated visuals and significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities.

All information about the property is correct, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was exactly as show on the website and their service was meeting my needs and more.

Was a problem with payment. I paid by bank card while check-in. But when we check-out there was misunderstanding and worker of the hotel requested payment by Booking service. So I paid twice. But they returned the money when I said about it.

Very friendly staff, I arrived late so they took care of check-in very quickly and showed me my room. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with an open view towards the city. The restaurant and breakfast room has amazing views over the city.

Wifi could have been better. Sound insulation is not amazing, but nothing that bothered me, and the hotel is in a quiet area.

It was good location and the rooms was clean.

every time 2nd floor use toilet we hear the flashing cistern.lighting could be better.

The personnel hardly speak any english, however they were very nice and helpful. The Restaurant on the top looks cosy in the evening.

The hotel itself is worn out and unfortunately the was an awful smell from the bathroom pipes. The Room also had an odour which resulted in me needing to wash all of the clothes in my luggage despite them being washed and fresh prior to my trip. The breakfast was ready-made rather than a buffet and it included salty olives and french fries - which are pretty bizarre items for a breakfast. There were also some veggies and an egg. At least there’s an a la care option to order something else.

Everything was absolutely perfect - staff was nice and accommodating, the hotel rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient. Location of the hostel is perfect for enjoying the greener GOP area and with lovely restaurants around.

The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was nice with various options... and the location was perfect... near to different places.

I think the elevator part need to be repaired in a good way.

great location in the embassies area, good to stay if you need to go to any of them. Close to the area of restaurants. The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful, all of them from reception to the cleaning ladies, the restaurant staff is also very welcoming. We were given a room with no extra charge at 6 am in the morning, which we really awesome after the night flight. Internet connection was fast and reliable, but note that it is not secured. Very good hot water pressure and it’s really hot.

Rooms don’t look like in the pictures. Cleaning is poor. Layers of dust everywhere, bedsheets were not clean (but replaced after the request). No shelf for toiletries in the shower cabin. Breakfast is tasty, but the same everyday. Beds are a disaster: soft matress with hard pillows give massive neck pain in the morning.

I requested a non smoking room but I didn't get until the next morning which was unconformable night

First night gave me a different room, a lot of smell of smoking.

The location was excellent as I had meetings nearby. The breakfast could be more diverse, although everything served was tasty. Staff is very helpful and responsive. I had reserved a room with a balcony, but I was accommodated in a room without balcony. After intervening, I have gotten into room with a balcony. The room was clean, nice and comfortable.

It is not that I did not like the breakfast, I was maybe expecting a different one such as buffet where you can choose what would you like to eat.

We had a beautiful breakfast. The restaurant above the hotel was lovely. The staff were so helpful. It was close to an office I needed to visit.

We stayed here for a night as a stop over before catching an early flight the next day. it is a nice hotel with friendly staff however I felt the pictures online didn’t quite match what it looks like in reality. this wasn’t a problem as we were only here for a night however I would be dissapointed if I booked a long stay here. also our room wasn’t that clean, it looked like someone had been in the bed before and it had hairs in the bathroom etc.
