Room and staff behaviour

It was a little difficult for my wife to walk up hill between the hotel and the nearby shopping center. So taxi was a solution. But this is not a problem for young people

Not a good experience for staying even for one night.

- Poor reception and the receptionist was rough and impolite in her responses.-The bed covers are not well cleaned and neither are the pillow covers.- I booked a single room with two separate beds and got a room with one double bed.

The place is close to everything and the staff is very friendly, from the hotel owner to the kitchen employee. Many thanks to the very beautiful and wonderful receptionist.

The location was good, the bus and metro stations were very close.

I reserved a room with two single beds, but it was not cleaned, the sheets remained unchanged, and the beds were messy. The receptionist offered another room with a double bed, but sleeping on such a small double bed with a friend was far from comfortable.The following day, they still didn't have a suitable room ready for us. I arranged with the receptionist that upon our return later in the day, we would be provided with a new room featuring two separate beds. But during our absence from the hotel, the staff shockingly violated our privacy by entering our room without permission and relocating our belongings to another room. This breach of privacy was inexcusable and a flagrant violation of standard hospitality norms.The new room, had only one bed, with a folding bed that was uncomfortable. The state of hygiene in the room was terrible, with a disgustingly dirty toilet, and a broken shower that required manual support during use. the seam of the bathroom tiles was also full of blackness and dirt.Hotel staff moved about the floors at night, conversing loudly, and showing a complete disregard for guests' peace and quiet, making it nearly impossible to sleep properly.On the second and third days of my stay, the receptionists did not speak English at all, making communication painful and arduous.The breakfast was also very simple, offering only a limited selection of basic items.

Nothing at all!

By far the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. I will never step foot in Ankara again. The wifi didn’t work. The breakfast menu was basically bread and tea. The rooms are as flithy as it could get. The bathtub was clogged. The a/c didn’t work the first night. I had to fight with the receptionist just to change the room. The most rudest human being I have dealt with. Another reason why I would never come back to this city.

The location is qood. It was just opossite of ambassador hotel where my daughter has passed English exam. Thr price is attractive..

Despite that this hotel located in the dormitory area there was a big loud party below our windows untill 2330, when my duaghter was needed good time to get rest prior exam.

I was in a hire car and thankfully there was on site parking. The hotel was in easy walking distance of my favourite part of town and I was regularly having my evening meals down in Kugulu/Swan park. Also there is a nice pizza restaurant and bar called the beyaz and siyah (black and white bar) at the bottom of Cinnah bank opposite Swan Park worth checking out. Breakfasts were good and wi fi signal was strong in room.

Good location. Bed is comfortable. Good Wifi. Clean cabinets. Clean toilet. Clean carpet. Cooperative staff comes within 5 minutes if you call them.

Breakfast is basic. Hot water is pretty limited. Slight smell of sewerage in the rooms. Staff doesn’t ask before cleaning room. Room isn’t like shown in pics.

Good location

The room didn't look like the picture. There was no bath tub at all and non smoking rooms do not exist. When I came in there was a strong smoking smell :(Also this hotel has really bad hygiene. I got an invention in my feet from here

We landed at 7am and departed at midnight so only in Ankara for the day, we needed a crash pad. WE requested and The Twins Hotel was nice enough to let us check in and give us a room at 8 am plus breakfast. The front desk people were fantastic! as all of the staff was!! Great staff and very friendly service. The location is fantastic and we love the area with the park, restaurants everywhere, shops and even grocery stores.

Smoke smell everywhere!! Carpeted hotel, there should be no smoking because of the fire hazard, but that does not stop the Turks including staff smoking inside. The hotel decor is very nice, the overall place needs some renovations though.

we were not satisfy, because whatever was on the the photo it was not like that. it was not so clean, and they used to single bed for couples. we wanted to stay there for 10 nights,but after 2 nights we changed our decision and left it.

Very hospitable staff. Checked in ahead of time. We were fed a delicious breakfast. The room is large, equipped with everything you need. We liked everything. Recommended!

The Hotel was everything I expected and more. The breakfast was out of this world, the staff was helpful and attentive, and the location can't be beat

My only issue is with the bathroom in my particular room, which isn't up to par with the rest of the quality I've come to expect from them.

The staff was accomodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The price of hotel was reasonable

The hallways smells cigarette, not all people smokes but at least they should consider others too and set rules to smoke on a designated area. The telephone wasn't working, the tv wasn't working since the day I checked in. They should renovate the the toilet.
