The location is perfect, just at the Ulus square, 6-7 min by walk from the metro station.Breakfast is good.

It was very cold in the room and the air conditioner wasn't working. Also there was dust everywhere in the room

The hotel was very accommodating, we arrived earlier than the check in time and was able to check in early. Room had everything we needed, comfortable bed and nice shower.

The location is ideally located beside the bustling old markets and some major heritage sites, and you are minutes away from the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was well renovated, warm, and the shower and washroom was clean.

The WIFI is a bit tricky, because there are several routers and not all of them have good speed, so you have to switch between them. The building is quite old and musty. They can step up their breakfast game a bit with some more fresh fruit and variety.

Everything was good, friendly staff, quick check-in\out, my room was clean, wifi was good. Good price-quality ratio

The wifi doesn’t work in your room and if you’re traveling is really annoying. The bathroom was very very dirty. Not mention the strong smell of cigrettes, but ok, we’re in Turkey.

It was terrible. The month of November, it was very cold in the room, because the heating did not work at all!! This ruined my trip and I was forced to look for another place to live! I left the hotel after 3 nights, although I paid for 7 nights. When I asked the staff to sort out the problem, they came to the room, turned on the air conditioner and told me to wait. But it didn't work in the end. The batteries were very cold. The problem was aggravated by the cracks in the door of the room, from under which it was blowing from the street. Yes, they have an open-type corridor to the street. Which made it even colder. I had to sleep in street clothes. In addition, the room was dirty, the furniture was old, and the bed was generally torn and in someone's hair. The water in the shower was barely warm, and the Internet was pretty weak. I do not recommend saving money and staying at this hotel! Take pity on yourself and your money!

There is no heating in the cold season, old furniture, torn bed linen and in addition dirty (stained, with hair), dirty room. It's just terrible.

Very clean, beautiful room, spacious place and had a nice balcony for air. Also had good breakfast facility and staff were very attentive to help for my needs.

There was no safe place. Rooms doors couldn't lock. And the room was dirty. Waste of money.

My girlfriend (Turkish) arrived around 11PM. Only then we were told that we can’t sleep in the same room (I am not Turkish). After traveling in most of Türkiye for months, even in much more conservative areas, this is the first time we have been refused like this. The owner of the hotel insisted that we book another room at a discount price or leave the place.

It's a basic hotel with a minimal Turkish breakfast, but nothing not to like.

-Wifi signal was good-Free parking spot close to hotel -Breakfast was ok-Location was good but under the hotel there is a bus stop or garage. It was too loud early in the morning.

Check in was nightmare. When we arrived the door was closed. After few minutes of knocking receptionist woke up and opened door. He seems to be surprised to see us. First he said there is no booking for your name then he suggested us to go to different hotel. Then he found our booking confirmation and said that I must check room first before payment. I agreed and checked room, the room was ok, when I came back he cancelled our booking explaining that he thought I will not like the room. The guy was weird, he refused to accept card payment explaining that POS terminal is not working. We asked to pay in the morning but he insisted on cash payment before giving the key of the room, were too tired and paid by cash. It was my worst check in ever. I think the receptionist tried to avoid booking fee that is why he cancelled our booking and did not accept card payment.

The staff are very kind. The man whose name I don't know but he wears glasses helped us a lot. The room is wide, but a little dirty.

Breakfast was terrible. There was nothing to eat; the food was spoiled or stale.

Good Value for the Money you’re paying. The Hotel is close to the center. The personal are exceptional friendly. Arrived early in the morning to leave my baggage but unexpected they let me check in early.

The location

The property was smelly, ac was noisy, bathroom door was not closing properly. then we changed to another room which was also smelly and the AC was not cooling, bathroom flush was not working and the breakfast was also not good. The property is overrated and not worth for money.

The staff was respectful

It was dirty not clean at all, the location was not good. There was renovation going on without mentioning it in booking app or any announcements on the booking app.

Staff was HORRIBLE. We booked 4 beds and were only given 3. Got scammed. I wish I had contacted booking support.

Good location, near most attractions in Ankara.. Rhe most valuable the service, specially the front desk… he is great person!!! I really enjoy my stay there
