Room and restaurant were very pleasant after a busy day of travel.

More information and clarity about shuttle from airport to hotel. Not talc it was a bus for several hotels, and our friends were told it stopped service at 2130.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

Through communications, I was expecting a free shuttle, but it was not, and the driver was quite rude making the experience a negative one. The bathroom did not seem updated.

Nice breakfast and easy transfer to and from the airport - for FlytoGet to Oslo Central Station. Great quiet location to rest after a long flight and a strong value instead of downtown Oslo prices.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We loved having the lounge/bar on premises.

I’ve stayed here before Sep 3-4, and again from Dec 6-7 on overnight layovers, by far my favorite place in Oslo, excellent service, great rooms, and the breakfast is unbeatable, I travel frequently across Europe and Oslo is increasingly a place where I seem to end up on overnight layovers, and this hotel is the best there is

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Only a minus for the location, as the shuttle only went every 30 mins, and one did not show up. However, not the fault of the hotel, which was great for the price.

Long wait for dinner at the restaurant, but keep in mind the hotel was full due to cancellations. The staff handled it excellently. Also mentioned the shuttle only going once every 30 mins, could be more frequent.

The hotel was located a short distance from the airport and the bus picked you up right in front of the hotel entrance door. The shuttle was pretty easy to locate and even had a stop with the hotel name, so that was convenient.

Have to pay to get to the hotel via bus or shuttle. Should be included. Also, they wanted to charge a early check in fee that was 50% of the price of the room. A bit excessive considering it is low season.

The highlight is the breakfast! What a lavish and tasty breakfast!There is frequent shuttle connectivity with the OSL airport.But the good things end here!

The room and the bathroom were small.There were only two bedside lights, for which the switches were difficult to locate.The windows overlooked the roof and the next building's wall; So no views.The room are a bit difficult to locate and reach from the lift/stairs.The location is so poor, there is nothing other than these hotels here. You will not have a grocery store anywhere nearby. For catching any public transport, you have to get the shuttle and get back to the OSL airport.

Convenient location, comfortable room. We appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks in the lobby when we arrived.

We appreciated the take-away breakfast since we had an early flight, however two items had to be left behind because they would not make it through airport security. The restaurant dinner menu did not have many options.

Clean, modern hotel that was close to the airport. The breakfast was pretty good and they accommodate early morning departures.
