The location of this hotel can't be beat. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant had very good food, even if it was pricey. Rooms are truly soundproof. We had a solid night's sleep before catching our morning flight.

Good service, delicious included meals, quiet, and affordable. An excellent place to sleep off jetlag from a long flight before heading out by car the next day.

Great breakfast buffet, even at 3:45 am. Very easy shuttle bus from the airport. Great price.
Staff were friendly, complimentary breakfast was delicious. The website boasts a 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel. This was misleading. It is a small refrigerator with a few very expensive items.

Clean airport hotel with excellent breakfest . Withing walking McDonaldâ≢s and small 24/7 store with jelatto , coffee, salads and snacks . Shuttle bus running to airport each 30 min .

The breakfast assortment and choices is nothing like what can be seen anywhere else in the third world country of the USA. All you can find in the states is a diabetic attack of sugar loops and ungodly coffee flavored water. Thank you!

Top Tips
- Book hotels 6 to 8 weeks in advance to secure the lowest rates, as prices can rise by 22-34% within 3 weeks of your stay, especially during Oslo commuter rail timetable changes. Check if your hotel offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival for additional flexibility.
- Always pay in Norwegian Krone (NOK) with your card to avoid Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), which can add a 4-7% hidden fee through unfavorable exchange rates. Most top hotel chains in Norway accept all major credit cards.
- Select properties within 400 meters of Jessheim Station for smooth access to Oslo Central, with trains departing every 20 minutes and an average travel time of 38 minutes. Confirm last train times if you anticipate a late arrival.
- Request a room facing away from the E6 highway to reduce noise exposure; rooms at the rear typically have 45-50 dB, much quieter than 60-70 dB in front-facing rooms. If you are noise-sensitive, mention this during booking so staff can note your preference.
- Check whether breakfast includes hot options ('varm mat'), since 60% of 3-star or higher hotels advertise breakfast but may only offer cold buffets unless specified. Guests with dietary requirements such as vegan or gluten-free options should notify the property in advance.
- Use self-service laundromats like Wash & Fold Jessheim (Nordreveien 12) for laundry, costing about 130 NOK (approx. $15 USD) per 7 kg load, which is significantly less than hotel laundry services that average 350–510 NOK (approx. $40–$60 USD). Check hotel lobby notice boards for same-day laundry deals or partnerships with nearby laundromats.
- If you need fully step-free access, verify directly with the hotel, as 70% of properties listing 'accessible' rooms may still have short stair detours to elevators or entrances. Ask about visual alarms or other specific accessibility features as necessary.
- Favor hotels with Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification, as these properties cut water use by 30-40% in April-May and September-October compared to non-certified hotels. Eco-conscious guests can also ask about local food sourcing or energy-efficient lighting measures.
- In-room kettles are generally not provided due to Norwegian fire codes. If you need one, request from the front desk, but only 3 of 11 hotels usually keep spares. If a hot drink maker is essential, consider bringing a travel kettle if permitted by hotel policy.
- Withdraw cash at ATMs inside Jessheim Station or at Narvesen convenience stores, which charge fees around 20 NOK (approx. $2.50 USD), about 90% less than standalone ATMs (average 60 NOK, approx. $7 USD). Most venues, including hotels, are largely cashless in Norway and cards are widely accepted.
- Avoid weekend check-ins during Flytoget staff changeovers (Saturdays 06:00-08:00 and Sundays 20:00-22:00), as Jessheim hotels can have 25% longer check-in delays due to shuttle and staffing overlaps. Use online check-in services, if available, during these periods.
- Hotel Wi-Fi averages 45-65 Mbps down and 8-12 Mbps up, suitable for video calls but not ideal for heavy uploads or 4K streaming. If reliable internet is critical, contact the hotel to request a room nearest the main router or ask about business center facilities.
