It was beautiful. The view from the hotel was even better than expected and it was still affordable.

There were no vegetarian options for dinner.

Great view from the fjord side of the hotel. Breakfast was included with the price and was excellent!

Limited dinner options at the hotel. The room was a bit dated. Carpet had stains on it in the room.

The wonderful scenery of Ulvika Fjorden, the location of the Hotel, the good variety of breakfast buffet, the teas and coffees being available the whole day, the bathroom and bathtub, comfortable beds, the sauna and Jakuzzi, and the helpful and friendly staff from the counter down to the kitchen and chamber maids❤️

The fried eggs?‍? they needed improvement or else removed them from the buffet table.

Everything was perfect, room size, cleanliness, view, breakfast. The hotel is in the list of historical hotels in 2025.

The bathroom was very small. The menu could have been more varied.

The setting is stunning. Room with balcony spacious. Great breakfast and restaurant.

Sophie, Krister and Agella were all exceptionally helpfulat the front desk. What stars! I hope to return someday!

The view from the hotel is gorgeous and I loved the RIB boat trip I did. The team at the hotel were lovely.

The hotel is excellent in the most beautiful place of the district. But you must stay in a lake view room !Very important!

Early in the morning it was very noisy under our window, I think, truck was delivering food to the restaurant for breakfast (it was parking view room)

The best thing in this hotel was the location and the views! Breakfast was also good.

We were told that there was a yacuzzi and sauna outside for rent. We were delighted after driving the whole day and looking forward to these. Sauna was without a shower, shower was found outside but the water was cold. The worst thing was "yacuzzi", cold water and no bubbles or anything. The water was so cold that we couldn´t sit there more than a minute. Then go to sauna and wash ourselves with cold water after that. BIG disappointment. It should be told what these really are... The elevator kept TERRIBLE noise in our room which was right next to it but luckily it was shut during the night.

We loved the location of this beautiful old charming hotel, facing the fjord, the view from the restaurant and the balcony ( if you’re lucky to get one). The sauna right on the water was a plus! The breakfast was excellent.

Our room was very old. The cleaning was average, bathroom with mildew.We were just next to the elevator with heavy traffic, and Not soundproof, I had to take a melatonin pill to fall asleep due to noise. I am sure another room further from elevator would be more quiet. Overall style is nice but some basic renovations could be done.

Great view. Bedroom quite nice. Staff were nice, especially Jonas.

Room overlooked carpark, and was next to constantly noisy lift-shaft. Bathroom was quite unpleasant - mouldy smell, which probably emanated from the unsealed gaps around the bath where water from the shower (located in the bath) ran copiously.Very short evening menu, despite the large size of the hotel. No vegetarian options for main, just 3 choices, all meat or fish. I asked if the kitchen could accommodate a vegetarian main, and was told I could have the kids menu of pasta with red or white sauce.... so no effort to accommodate vegetarian guests basically.

The breakfast was a basic, typical Norwegian breakfast. You could make your own waffles, which was nice. There were scrambled and sunny side up eggs. They had a meat ball which was rather plain.

The room was clean but very basic and cold - everything felt a little dated.

Location location location !!! waterfront hotel , at end of Fjiord, mountains sweeping down to sea, just MAZING

View on the fjord is unforgettable. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are big and clean. There is free coffe and tea available 24 hours.

Bathroom is dark with one light point only.

We made a 10 days tour in Norway and this hotel was the best. Big, clean and modern room, with an outstanding view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent. The area is quite, peaceful and very beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return here.
