Very friendly staff , always eager to help . Upgraded me automatically to Suite which was a very surprising and wonderful gesture. Room size was spacious . Very convenient to Auto Strada connecting to many cities ?

Breakfast didn’t have hot food options .

Very convenient location next to the high way. Clean, nice rooms. Quiet, we could have a good sleep on our drive break. Fabio was a very nice host, providing us a fresh coffee in the morning :) would definitely spot here again, in our way through Italy, next time.

There is another property with the same name 1 hour away. Could be irritating. You need to be careful by putting the hotel into navigator. This mistake cost us 1 hour :)

The selection of food for breakfast could be better

Great variety of food for breakfast.

Restaurant with quite few hidden costs, on the menu we spent 58€ but the final bill was 78 between 2 filtered water bottles (not written how much it did cost on the menu) and service for 2 adults and 2 kids. On the bill it was also not explicit the division of costs.

Nice hotel. Stopped over one night on the way home. Everything was perfect. Location, room, parking. Hosts at reception were very friendly and quick to process check ins. Super breakfast. It couldn't get any better. Thank you.

Tucked away from nearby towns. Easy access to highways and road to Alessandro

Most of the business was conference related so the crew was smaller than most hotels of similar occupancy. Very attentive but stretched pretty thin.

We were looking for a stopover close to the highway and Al Mulino was perfect.It was clean and the staff was friendly. We had a family room which was quiet and all slept well.The restaurant is fancy, but they were accommodating with simpler food for the children and the food was lovely. As was the breakfast. Their bread was amazingly delicious.

The hotel room had very thin walls. We could hear the family next door quote distinctively. Luckily they didn’t make much noise.

The room was comfortable and a good size. It was well situated near a motorway with excellent private parking, which was helpful as we were towing a trailer with boat. We ate dinner in the restaurant and overall this was good. Breakfast was ok but less choice than we would have liked.

Location is good (1 minute from the highway), big parking, and rooms are ok

No dinner - restaurant was closed. Bar was also a bit empty - looks like guests normally do not use it

Everything was fine, especially the staff. They are always very kind. We stopped by here a couple of times now, during road trips. We always had a good experience.

We heard a bit of noisy at that side of the building where we got the room. However, as we were too tired, we felt a sleep immediately. It was during the daytime as we were travelling at night. So probably it is even better at night.

Excellent restaurant, helpful staff, perfect location for an overnight stop when travelling.

Room was very hot and the air con was either off or ineffective. Radiator in the bathroom couldn't be turned off so that made it worse. Surroundings are a bit scruffy.

The staff. They were helpful and friendly, and tried to make things better when the electricity stopped working completely. Thanks to both of them.

The room wasn't comfy as the air conditioning was too noisy, and either too hot or too cold. One of the beds wasn't made properly. The beds were comfortable, thoughThe hotel is too in the middle of nowhere. The car park is open.Too expensive for what we got.

Spacious and comfortable room, good breakfast with gluten free options, big private parking and in an excellent location for a stopover during a road trip, right off the highway.

Pleasant and convenient place to break our journey fiurther south fr holiday. Really good restaurant and menu. Bedroom all good standard and comfortable.

Bar area a little small and could be made more comfortable/inviting.
