Parking is tight, but that is Europe.

The hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional!!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is very close to the train station and the restaurant next door is phenomenal, btw. The rooms were large and had everything you might need. We were VERY pleased.

The beds were very firm and they could have used more pillows, but that's personal preference.

The location was good and the staff were excellent. Very helpful all spoke very good English.

The parking but a lot of parking you can access to it but watch some are free at night but pay at 8am which you’ll be inform by the hotel staff so you wouldn’t have any problem.

We used this property as an over night stop over and it was perfect. Good price. Parking available. Quick and easy to and from the motorway. A better than expected restaurant next door and a decent breakfast. Pleased with our stay

It got a little hot at night even with the window open in October. I wasn’t able to turn on the AC. However, it was unbearable

Location is the biggest plus of this hotel. Balcony.

The information about parking is not really accurate. Small parking by the hotel (maybe 10 spots) was packed and access was blocked. You indeed have to use a public parking on the other side of the street, near train station. Its free but if you come in the middle of the day, finding a spot is almost impossible.

Location was central, 2 mins walk to the town centre.Staff were welcoming and friendly. One really friendly staff explained to us it is perfectly OK to drink a cappuccino with a small sweet pastry in the afternoon but definitely not with a croissant....hahaha Room was quiet and clean (thank you for allocating the quiet room)- Had a good sleep.Short walk to Mezzaro cafe - to drink the world champion cappuccino & espresso :-)) In summary, we like Alessandria, the Borsalino birth place and will be back to stay longer to explore the nearby villages.

Parking in front of hotel rather limited but plenty of free public parking in 2-3 mins walk.Can imagine the hotel had its fantastic days, now it looks a bit tired 4 star hotel but all ok.

Kettle in room would have been good. Two bottles of water in mini fridge bit one had been half used

The only positive thing about this is the location, next to the train station and close to the city center.

This is a low 2* hotel sold for the price of a 4*. Some of the rooms are not even in the hotel, they are in the next residential building where you find a mixture of normal apartments and hotel rooms without any safety. The paint in the walls is crumbling and the elevator doesn't feel safe. The furniture is miserable, the air conditioning might work or not (when it does work is smells heavily to dust so it probably has not been clean for years, when it doesn't work, the room gets really hot even during normal spring time). Some rooms have a shared balcony so guests from other rooms can visit - probably they won't because it is so dirty no one would venture there! Breakfast is really poor mostly with bagged products, not fresh.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was great. Very close to the train station so convenient for an overnight stopover.

Air conditioning didn’t work despite being told it would come on “in 5 minutes.”. Bathroom towel warmer wiring was cut.

our room was supposedly superior room, but I was expecting much better from a 4 star hotel, and with high prices. The room was located in a different area of the building from the main hotel, that wasn’t taken care of. dirty balcony, horrible view. bad breakfast. definitely overpriced
