My sitting room was dated

Great stay but no hot water the last day due to power issues.

Lost hot water due to power issues but they did give us a bottle of wine to ease our pain…..

Room is good, shower a little bit small but enough! Location is perfect. Parking is not on site but near by.

Breakfast is just ok.

Convenient location near restaurants, sights and shops. We are on bicycles they had secure place for them. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Choice of pillows, memory foam or soft filling. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great dining suggestions. Breakfast was a tasty spread.

The hairdryer was low power, cheap.

This hotel is amazing. It is beautiful. Rooms are nicely designed, clean and spacious. Breakfast is also great. And parking garage is few minutes away from the hotel. Staff is so well mannered and friendly. Honestly, amazing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent hotel restaurant and comfortable beds.

The location in the heart of town was good, although it was just an overnight stay, we just needed a bed and food. The meals in the restaurant were very nice. The facilities in the room were limited but I think this is normal for European hotels. Got a good nights sleep and on our way. Parking was off site but only a short walk back to the hotel.

The ice machine in the bar was broken so no ice.

Attached restaurant was superb. Highest recommendation.

No internet. The hotel knew two days before my arrival that the entire internet for the hotel was not functioning. The hotel should have notified me and given me the option to cancel.Check-in with luggage difficult because parking in front of the hotel just for check-in is very limited and a matter of luck.Off site reserved parking is challenging to find with a very steep pedestrian ramp that is very difficult to use with luggage.

Staff were very helpful and managed to get parking for us even though the car park was full.

Comfortable and spacious room. The staff was exceptional - so friendly and kind and helped us in anyway they could.

Room was a little warm, even with air conditioning. We believe it was not working as it should and the staff immediately sent a request for a service tech.

This elegant hotel was much more than we expected. Truly 4 stars. The front dest staff were particularly helpful in recommending good pizza places nearby and helped us get into the secure garage quickly and easily. Lots of choices at breakfast and the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom was enormous and the room itself very spacious

The television wasn't working, but that could have been because there was a thunderstorm going on.

The ac is set at a certain temperature, which seems inadequate for the size of the room.The breakfast spread is a bit limited.
