It had no viable internet. Either in the rooms, or on any floor, or on the PC in the lobby. This a 2 star hotel.

Located a 10 min walk from the bridge this hotel has basic features, comfortable enough bed and ugly views from the window. To advertise as 4 star is a bit of a stretch but it has decent breakfast and easy free street parking.

Staff was amazing cleaning was 10 out of 10,breakfast was great overall and amazing service

A bit dated

The room is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is warm and not cold, I like it very much.

I only needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep for the night and that's what I got. The hotel is alittle old but everything was very clean and the breakfast was good.

24hr reception which was a must as we arrived at 1am. Parking immediately outside the hotel and free. Great internet. Helpful staff

Very nice hotel! Clean and tidy. Comfortable with a great breakfast! We got extremely valuable help as we had some car troubles and we do not speak Italian.

Not our first time here because location is ideal for us. The bed was super comfortable (I slept the whole night, very rare for me) and breakfast was superb.

Dear hotel owners,with great respect, I want to tell you my opinion. You have a very nice cozy hotel with excellent staff in a great location. The only one thing that spoils your hotel and what a lot of customers talk about is the carpet on the floor in the rooms. This carpet is very old, very dirty with cigarette butt stains and it smells unbearably. There is no need to close the hotel. With a good construction team, you can change this carpet to floor tiles in 1 day in each room. This will greatly enhance the experience of your hotel. I wish you continued prosperity!— Excellent location — Large bed, very clean bed linen— Clean white towel, large and new bathroom.

Knowledgeable staff. The young lady responsible for breakfast did an exceptional job keeping the breakfast room clean and the food well stocked.

Coat hangers not easily accessible, placed about 2.5 m above the floor. Multiple remote controls for TV and instructions confusing. No channel guide in room.

Very very old design. Old furniture. Dirty. In the room bed smell and no ventilation or air conditioner.

Well located in the centre. Easy parking locally. Vegan breakfast available. Room overlooked the lovely churches.

Revision staff ok and assisted us with parking the car.

No air conditioning as stated in my booking. When I asked, reception staff said it wasn't working and offered me a fan. Later I questioned why my booking said my room was air conditioned but is isn't she did it was under maintenance because September isn't hot enough to need air con. It was 26 that day. Our room was on the 4th floor with 3 windows facing west so when we initially got to our room it was like an oven.

Great value for money, so clean and comfortable. Great breakfast was included with our stay. Staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We had one of our luggage go missing between our trip and the front desk staff were very helpful trying to get us in contact with the airline and assisted us in sorting this very stressful situation out. Highly recommend.

The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is looking tired but is very clean and functional.

Parking was tricky with a big vehicle but we sorted it out with the help of the hotel staff.

Our room and corridors were carpeted, giving a stuffy smell and a feeling that a hard floor would be cleaner.
