The baguettes were good. The place was clean

Zero extras not even coffee in the room. Bed was a rock. Pillows were a rock.

It's a business Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Yet, it is very practical for one-night stops or to travel around the region. The business suite is perfect for families, with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel, but really next door. Excellent for kids.

We had to pay extra for the swimming pool, even it is part of the pictures in Booking.com. The swimming pool had 2 slides closed.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Staff helpful and food was also good. Great to have secure parking option too.

Not much around hotel, but was an overnight stopover for us so wasn’t a big negative factor.

Room is good and big

There was photo for swimming pool in booking.com. But at the hotel the reception said the pool doesn't belong to the hotel and you need to pay 30 euro for each person to use the pool This is not good and pool picture shall be removed to avoid confusion because other guest might face the same issue

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Minibar was free.

Breakfast was of poor standard. Staff didn't proactively refill the buffet and instead waiting for guests to ask (maybe a strategy to save on cost) and all hot items were as cold as they would be if they were just taken out of the fridge. Scrambled eggs is a sad example, proving it's actually industrially cooked eggs.

A nice building in the right place.

The air conditioning was unable to reduce the room temperature to an acceptable level. I was annoyed at not being permitted to charge bar and restaurant bills to my room. I was informed that this was because I had already paid for the room. I felt I was not trusted.

Very bad breakfast - almost empty plates everywhere also the coffee cups very very small, outside the hotel it is dirty parking

Terrible place to stay, fortunately we needed to stay only one night.

Rot in the bathroom, bad smell in the apartment, arrogant receptionist, heating didn't work, breakfast under average, not worth it.

Clean, staff was great, rooms spacious ideal for a family of four.

Shower could have done with more power, was just a trickle.

We were a group of 4 travelling from Spain to Slovenia and stayed here in May 2024. We needed a place close to the motorway, out of the city centre and had secure parking for our motorcycles. This hotel fit the bill and we we made very welcome and we were extremely comfortable there. The staff were warm and welcoming and the room was huge and quiet. We liked it so much we will be using it again for our return journey.

I can't say anything bad or negative about the hotel. It was ideal for us, just what we wanted and totally met our expectations in every way.

Good breakfast, free parking, close to Serravalle Designer Outlet by car.

Location is not close to anything by walking.

Not worth the money paid

The temperature in the room was too low and the hotel staff told me is nothing they can do. Temperature was 19degree.

Clean and fresh

1. Hard to get there by car. Directions are definitely not clear 2. No complimentary water in the room was offered on arrival. 3. I was staying in the room for the disabled. After the shower all floor in the bathroom is wet, so there is no chance to visit the toilet without having your feet wet. Incredibly inappropriate layout

The hotel is huge and with parking area just in front. It is is located in an industrial area but with cinema and restaurant just close by. The rooms are big and clean as well. Fitness center and swimming pools are not part of the hotel amenities, so you’ll need to pay to use them. I do not find fair that those are mentioned in booking

Bed was average, no queen size, but two twins together. No so comfortable. Bathroom needs a renovation

The restaurant felt like you were sitting in the open reception area of the hotel rather than a restaurant so maybe you could do something to create a nicer dining area. But that didn't affect our food or stay!

Lovely, new hotel, very clean and modern. Room was large enough to sleep 5 people comfortably. Great bathroom, quiet, and 2 restaurants downstairs to choose from.

The fact that you have to pay to use the gym.
