Good location, cute breakfast

The room was dirty; there was stubborn dirt in the bathroom, especially in the shower, seams between the tiles had yellow dirt in them and there was hair. Floors haven't been wiped, white curtains had brown spots on them, and the fridge was dirty and not turned on. The room was rather small and old-fashioned which didn't really matter that much. The issue is paying a rather good amount of money for a room that hasn't been deep cleaned, or even quickly cleaned in a long time.

This was a very pleasant place to stay - a real local Italian hotel. It's a relaxed place with friendly staff and a laid-back feel.

The plug got stuck in the bathroom sink.

Hotel in a fairly good location. Breakfast was substantial . Private parking at 7 euros

Room overlooked a rather tatty courtyard/ car park and although we had a good sized balcony with some flower pots and a table , we couldn’t sit there as there were no chairs. The curtain came off the rail and the toilet seat was only held on by one fastening hinge.

The location, the attention and the cleanliness. And the breakfast.

The mattress

The hotel was very nicely located close to the station and the city centre and the university. I was travelling for work and I needed a fast wi-fi connection and that worked brilliantly.

The staff was what made this stay tolerable. So kind and accommodating. Also, the location is excellent for Alessandria near the center and train station (within walking distance to both).

cleanliness. the fridge had excessive mold in it, not to mention not working. there was dust in all the corners and mold in multiple places. The AC unit did not work so it was uncomfortably hot and humid in the room at all times. Furthermore, there were multiple attempts heard to open my door throughout the night so that was a bit unsettling.

Finally there is a bath in the bathroom. Balcony is nice. Room is big enough actually. For this price it's fine i guess. Parking, location is good.

Very good breakfast, hearty and plenty to choose from. Nobody bothered, the owner is ready to help if needed

helpful Director who spoke good English. room was clean and had everything we needed
