Bathroom was smelly like not working the drain system

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Amazing and friendly staff. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby. A selection of fruit. Breakfast of pasty each day. Amazing soaps and shampoos. Fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Room was very comfortable. Location cannot be better. Our favorite stay in Spain yet.

Staff were very friendly and every morning they would leave a small care package with some water and sweets to start the day. The location is great.

Location was perfect and the people were great.

Construction down the street so we were dropped off 100 yards away but it was a nice day and easy walk.

The bed was really comfortable, the old town is easily reachable by foot.

The bathroom retains a lot of humidity, the staff was not super attentive and came across rather unmotivated. The decoration was rather basic and some details (like rusty elements in the bathroom) don’t give a good impression.

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is nearby to the market and beach so easy to access.

No included breakfast as a b&bBed was broken

Very close to walk to the Old Town and restaurants and bars. Beautiful area.

Good Location, price and parking near-by

Good location, right at market square.

Hotel undergoing renovation, so lobby was a bit messy. Lift is very slow. Corridor is very dark, with steps.

Location is very good. Close to all the sites. Markets just below the hotel. Room are cozy. Has breakfast delivered to room handle and in elevator. Stuff is very friendly.

The square below has a lot of bar and a little noisy at night. Room is a little limited.

Good location and value but some poor quality issues.

Lack of build quality, bathroom door didn't function well, would not stay closed. On going construction blocked the view and some noise. Ants in the room upon arrival. A/C had a bad smell.

Great location next to the market. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Free flow coffee/tea in the lobby and the breakfast bag were nice add-ons.

Only minor suggestions, an additional set of pillows and a faster lift would improve the quality of stay.

Great location right on the market square. The staff were very nice and useful, especially Marc who checked us in and booked our taxi back to the airport.

They were doing some building work but it did not affect our stay as we were out all day

Room relatively small, on booking they have pictures withe balconies etcTherefore for tarragona, I found it quite expensive for the size of room

rooms are poorly soundproofed against other rooms. We heard other people very clearly (snoring and stomping).
