Tarraco Park Tarragona

My stay at the hotel was a nightmare. The AC in my room was not only malfunctioning but also stuck on an unbearable temperature. Shockingly, when I complained, the staff not only neglected to resolve the issue but responded with dismissive attitude

The bath in my room was very nice and the staff were friendly and smiling at all times

They gave me two single beds which was disappointing as I was looking forward to the space of a double bed. Restaurant was closed and so I had to order room service. It arrived cold amongst other issues

Staff is amazingly helpful. Even if they have groups after groups of tourists, you feel that you are the most important. Food. It’s very VERY good. Room is clean. I had a stellar experience.

Well… don’t ask for the hamburger. That was disappointing. Especially considering that all the other food was fantastic.

Staff all very friendly and helpful

The rooms are quite old and dated, they are functional and clean but a few small updates could make the hotel good value for the rate. For example, the towels are old and not soft, there are no toiletries (of quality) provided, there is no coffee machine or kettle.

Modest, friendly, likeable staff. A truly exceptional breakfast; delicious, house made savouries, everything fresh. The hotel is popular with the police - for the "great coffee".

GPS on the final few yards got me very confused, going the wrong way up a one way street.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good food and value for money overall.

Pillows. Would prefer square pillows.

There was only a few sunbeds even though there was quite some space available.The hotel is not very central. Should've checked better, but it's a 40min walk from the city centre.

breakfest was ok if you like a continental style with scramble eggs

The location is only good if you like staying 20 euros from the beach and a industrial are with a car dealership as your neighbor

The hotel was very nice and we loved the pool area which we had to ourselves for the afternoon as it was quiet. Very nice dinner too.

The location was very far out but not by too much if you plan on seeing salou and Tarragona together.

Great place, nice staff, supermarket you can go by walking, free parking option.

Modern look and feel

Restaurant refused to give us a table because they had only allocated enough food for the guests who had purchased half board. Never in my life have I been refused food in a hotel that I am a resident. Restaurant manager was arrogant and a bully, we complained to reception but they clearly did not want the conflict. Complained again on checkout and were told that was sad news!!

Goid location, pleasant room.

Heating kept going on and off.most European visitors speak English. Yet English speaking news or other programs.

Great hotel and well presented reception gentleman was good especially as we were late had everything ready.

Nothing wish I had longer time only suggestion would be to put a small bottle of water in the room

I cannot tell, the thing is that it looked like an old hotel and it really was. Not cleaned bathroom, fungus everywhere!!. curtains falling apart on both sides of the reels and light coming in at night. People smoking at their bedrooms. The pillows weren’t comfortable at all.

The cleaning was a disaster. The bathroom had a lot of fungus on the walls.The air conditioner had a lot of dirt on the air People was smoking inside their bedrooms and throwing ashes through the window. You could smell all over the hall the cigarette smoke.

The restaurant staff were lovely

We chose this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed when we got there..

Excellent staff made huge efforts to accommodate my disabled companion’s needs.

'Hot' food at breakfast was, at best, only tepid.

I have a disability and requested a room near the lift's that I was given.

I thought the breakfast was expensive at 12€ each.No water or any thing in the fridge.

There is parking lot , near the freeway to BARCELONA

It is in the middle of factory zone. But however it is very silent

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Could not fault it. Would definitely come again

Booking.com did not do their homework. I looked for dog friendly and was presented with this hotel which, it turns out, do not cater for dogs. Fortunately, due to the excellent staff, it was sorted out. So, booking.com. Please do your homework.

Very relaxed vibe, lovely staff, great bed, amazing breakfast buffet

I managed to get a free parking space, they are limited, you have to pay for secure parking
