Excellent location. Vey walkable. The hotel is on top the bus station.

the hotel has 4 stars but it is quite old, and furnitures are damaged.

Room was confortable, the swimming pool not really a swimming pool, rather a jacuzzi a bit larger. Staff a bit "sour". Location quite good, at the beginning of Rambla.

Value for money low. It's 4* hotel cost per night quite high and doesn't offer the conditions for a 4* hotel. No slipper, no bathrobe, and the bath product very basic.

Jim is being renovated, but they did have a sister hotel a less than 10 minute walk away

Staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful :) The room we had was beautiful, clean, spacious, and smells lovely, too . Breakfast was okay.

Hotel was a bit dated and no air con was an issue as you can’t open the windows at night as the roads at the front are very busy all night.

Location! Hotel is just next door to bus station Plana and other buses , you may go toBarcelona , Barcelona airport and other directions from this bus station. And it’s quiet , I didn’t hear any noise from the street at night. Just two steps from hotel many local bus stops located , so you may take any of local line bus to reach any place. 41 bus - directly to railway of TARRAGONA Room is standard , comfort bed.7 minutes from hotel you may find big shopping Centers : Parc Central and El Corte Engles

As I understood soundproofing is not good between rooms, as I head how my neighbours moved the chair upstairs. I was lucky neighbours were quiet , I didn’t hear their talking, but I heard this movements of chair like it was just under my head:)

Excellent room and location was perfect for shopping and eating out the old town is amazing

We booked the hotel for the restaurant, but we couldn't use it as it was a booked for a Christmas private event

The location is great - very central. Complimentary water in the room's fridge. Secure underground parking.

There was only one plug in the whole room, nowhere near the bed, so we could only charge one device at a time and couldn't use it while charging. The room and bathroom both looked a bit old and tired (terrible lighting in both). The listed photos definitely make the hotel rooms look nicer than they are.

Rooms were not very sound proof as you could hear everything from rooms either side and oitside the hotel door and also the window did not have a wide opening which i like

Breakfast was great. Ideal location. the room was more than adequate for 3 adults and a 14 year old. the pool was good and the jacuzzi was on par.

They facilitated early check in for us as soon as our room was ready which was very helpful.
