Beautiful view!

Breakfast buffet was great. Upstairs pool bar was nice.Location was outstanding with views of the ancient ampitheatre.

Downstairs Bar was not open sufficient hours. For a touristic hotel in a holiday city it could have been a little more accessible for drinks and snacks.

There was not alot wrong with the hotel. Stayed in November and outdoor areas were not looked after or accessible - they were open but presented as though closed for Winter (even in warm weather)

What a beautiful property located in the heart of the town. The aesthetic was stunning and the views were incredible.

As someone who loves a comfortable bed, the beds, pillows, sheets and blankets were horrible.

When I checked into my room, I heard a loud buzzing noise. The hotel investigated and did not find the problem, so I was upgraded to another room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea and amphitheater. I then found out that my electric toothbrush had turned on somehow. I was terribly embarrassed and offered to move back or pay more. But I was told to enjoy my stay and accept the upgrade. The whole staff was amazing, but special thanks to Sandra and Unai for their friendliness and help. My whole experience in the hotel was excellent.

Unbeatable location for sea views and walking access. The sea view room is worth it and was very comfortable (a little on the small side). Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The rooftop pool was always busy but still relaxing. Highly recommend! Parking extra but worth it.

Nothing per se but outside of the very friendly valet who helped us with the luggage and cleaning ladies, front staff could be a little more engaging. We did not have a meal at restaurant as prices seemed higher and had just ok reviews. Also, just two elevators for such a large hotel made for long waits.

We stayed in a very comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking both the ocean and the roman ruins. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Hotel is superbly located and everyone that we spoke to at the front desk was so very polite and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was a good size, very clean, good sized modern bathroom, large comfortable bed and safe and fridge also in our room .Also fantastic views from our balcony. Nice bar and lovely views from rooftop swimming pool area. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

The property was perfectly located for both city center and Market access. Our suite had spectacular view of the Mediterranean (balcony) 24/7. Hopefully, we will return to Tarragona and stay at the property again. Fantastic.

Location, views from balcony exceptional , staff attentive and helpful when needed advice. Breakfast was excellent good choices on buffet, again staff helpful and kind. Cleanliness of hotel and areas was outstanding, rooms cleaned every day, had problem with toilet but this was fixed when we returned from breakfast. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Tarragona is a beautiful city with its Roman influence and stunning beaches and architecture should be on anyone’s bucket list.

The whole property is under construction. It’s a mess. The restaurant staff is not friendly. The food was mediocre . The room smelled moldy.

We weren't expecting to have a sea view but had a side view of the sea and the marina. We enjoyed the balcony and having the slider open. The location was great for going to the beach, although it does take some time to get to. The hotel is close to the old town, too.

We reserved two rooms for couples, but for some reason one of the rooms was made up into two single beds. It was the celebration of Santa Tecla while we were there, which meant fun parades to watch in the evenings. But one of the nights there was a concert in front of the hotel until 4 am, so we didn't sleep. And another night the fireworks went off until late.
