SUN1 ALBERTON

The set up of the bedding, mattress is moving arouynd and i bumped my head.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Top bunk bed ladder was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise going up and down. Light in shower wasn't working and ac was very weak.

Friendly and welcoming staff members. Always ready to assist. Anna, Pat, Nons, Lebo. All of these ladies are never too tired to serve us. Safety and Security was exceptional too

The common fridge. maybe try getting a bar fridge in the rooms. Especially for guests that would be staying a bit longer than just a night.

I liked that there was air-conditioning the staff has great manners

The fact that there was only one channel to watch.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location.

nothing really

The place is safe and clean but last time I was there aircon was only work on cold only it was not good

You promise us free WiFi but you told us you're offline

location was great and staff were friendly

no air conditioner, no shower handle, sink was blocked, old blanket and top bunker uncomfortable.

The place is nice, clean and very comfortable

The fact that there's no breakfast order and the difficulty ti extend the stay online but the person has to be in place

I liked how clean the place was the staff was friendly too and there are shops in walking distance

The wifi was so slow, almost none existent

The room was clean and the staff were friendly

The blind was broken and no kettle in the room... No privacy at all

Location was easy to find.

The receptionist attitude and the fact that the allocated room had poor ventilation, no air-conditioned or fan.The room was not clean, dirty walls, carpet and shower.

That we able to get rooms at night & friendly receptionist

Room was dirty especially restroom, no air conditioning, sheets and blanket were old.

Convenient

Online the smoking room was available, when we get to the property we were told, smoking rooms ain’t working because the air conditioning isn’t working in the smoking rooms.

Location and security. The room was clean

They must improve the bad or have better Mastras and pillows The pillows were too soft .

Disappointing

The place is a mess. The hallway had sheets all over as the rain came through the roof. The aircorn was not getting hot.The bunker bed made us uncomfortable and might lead to injury when getting up. The place had the cheapest toilet paper, no detergent, and little soap.

The friendly staff and the room was clean

The bed was not comfortable at all and the window of room parts of it broken struggle to attach

The staff is friendly and the location is good.

Air-conditioning not working and dirt on the walls.

It's great for what it is - a budget hotel... It was good. I like SUN1.

They initially charged me more than what booking.com said the rate was. I complained and they rectified it. Staff were helpful and friendly about it.

The receptionist was very friendly.

The air conditioners are not working in all the rooms. There is little to no effort in cleaning the wall inside the rooms.

My stay was not worth the money I spent and will never recommend it to anyone else and I will never return to this hotel

Rooms were not clean, the staff members were not friendly and not even willing to help with anything. It was very hot and the aircon was not working yet I was expected to pay full amount. Linen was not clean. I ddnt enjoyed my stay at all
