Hotel Feniks Požarevac

It is very close to a nice restaurant. Easy parking. Good value for money.

Very clean spacey rooms, close to center town. Friendly staff.

Good price for the hotel and the transfer. A very nice man was driving, who also took me back to the airport 3.40 in the morning. The room was big and the bed was good. Located in the center not far from the bus station. Feel safe when it´s staff there 24 H. All people there was helpful and I felt very welcome.

The breakfast was just egg, ham, bread and coffee. No c-vitamins. The staff and customers where smoking indoors, I have asthma so I have to start take medication because they where smoking in the lobby. I ordered a transfer from the airport in the middle of the night and the information they sent to me was not correct. I got help from a taxi-driver to call the hotel and finally my private driver came to me. The toilet did not flush so well. Needed to fill the wastebasket with water from the shower and use it.

Great hotel - for a short and longer stay. Very nice staff, clean rooms and spacious parking on the side and at the back of the building. The place is good for couples, families and organized groups.

It was clean and neat. The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful every time

That they didn’t tell me what I had to do to get my room clean and linen changed when I checked in

Excellent breakfast, excellent location.

To improve activity, at the reception the guests should be asked if they are smoking or not and separate apartments should be permanently allocated to the smoking and not-smoking guests.

All the front desk staff were all helpful and pleasant. I had a change of room after I checked in because of the overwhelming bad sewerage smell coming from the drains. The lady that changed my room was very professional and understanding.Good location, close to the center and the bus station.Large room

The sewerage smell. The heavy smell of cigarettes in the reception area and corridors. The frosted glass window so you couldn't see outside. The poor lighting in the room. The very dirty stained toilet ( in both rooms I was in). The tv reception cutting in and out

Value for money was clean neat and parking was easy.staff were amazing and very helpful
