- The wi-fi did not work. The service man could not renew the connection.
- Black haired woman on reception was rude and tried to deceive, she gave me a different number than the one I paid for. I paid for a superior room with a large bed, but she gave me a room on the third floor with a small bed and terrible interior. the next morning she didn't even say hello to me The breakfast also was terrible! There was nothing to eat at all!
