The resort itself is only a few years old, and therefore should be held to a higher standard. The door handles felt insecure, even when locked, and the lights in our accommodation were constantly flickering. Water usage was also inconsistent, and none of these issues were mentioned at the time of booking. Many areas of the resort were not up to standard for cleanliness. During breakfast, we arrived early and there was barely any food left. What was available was cold and unappetizing. This is not the fault of the staff, who were doing their best, but rather reflects poor management and planning. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for their guests the next summer season.

Best vacation we ever had! Staff is friendly and helpful, view from the room amazing. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.Infinity pools are amazing and offer beautiful setting for photos. There is even floating dock at the beach! Food at the restaurant is tasty and breakfast is what you would expect at the resort.

I am gladly giving this hotel 5*! Place is private and quiet and you an listen to the sound if waves from your room. It is located on private property away from the city noise. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay , including complementary usage of spa center with turkish bath and sauna. Restaurant was a nice surprise with beautifully decorated tasty food.If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is a right choice.

I am very happy with my stay at Dulamerovic. I enjoyed listening to the sound of waves and birds while overlooking the sea. Hotel is not close to town, so you need a car or taxi to get around. This didn’t bother us as we had plenty to do here. We lounged by the pools, played miniature golf and rented sup boards at the hotel. Live acoustic music was playing in the evenings during dinner time so we enjoyed sunsets by the restaurant.

Loved this hotel and it’s views. I see that some reviews mention loss of power, but this has been fixed, and we had no issues.Place gets crowded during the day, but there is always enough space to enjoy the pools and the beach. Pools are clean and offer stunning views of the sea. Breakfast was great with coffees and eggs made to order.

We had the most amazing time at the resort. We spent most of our days at crystal clear pools and private beach. Resort offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space.Breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Omelettes made to order are nice upgrade from the usual hotel breakfast choices. Definitely on our list to visit again!

Lovely view , amazing site and relaxing. The receptionist/hotel manager “Tamara” was lovely, loves her job and very welcoming.

Distance from the city, quite isolated but then again it’s a resort it’s supposed to be isolated. But I wished it was closer to the city

You should avoid THIS place!!!My wife and I have got severe food poisoning. Also, we are not the only ones. Please check other reviews here on booking and on Google reviews by must.Please, think of your health first.Here is the list of other bad things: 1. Property does not have a water system, and water is delivered in non clean, uncertified water tanks a few times per day. 2. There are regular water supply interruptions during the day and night.3. Property is dirty in general, there not sufficient personel for proper maintenance.4. Personel at the property is not professional, nor polite at all, except Tamara.5. Breakfast is the worst I ever had. There is almost nothing to choose from.6. Pools are dirty due to a lack of water system. Many people report getting sick from dirty pool.7. The resort is not private at all. Anyone is allowed to enter the pool and beach area via daily ticket. Many people choose this property for privacy, but there is nothing like that here.8. Owners are constantly at the property, and they do not seem to care a lot. They even did not ask how we were after food poisoning, even though they knew.9. Even if the property is new, everything seems to be worn out due to low quality and non maintenance.10. A lot of reviwers have stayed at the property for a night or two, and their property raiting is not walid as much.I hope this real report from this property will help you to save your vacation.Thank you.

- wifi is non existing (when we voiced the issue, we got a router to put in the room, sadly they switched the whole WiFi power off before 11pm for the night)- there were ants coming from the corners inside the bedroom- electricity got cut off a dozen times in a day (when we voiced the issue, we got told it's because the resort is in the middle of a forest?) - below average breakfast, butter and meat cutlery amongst other foods were heat exposed leading to us being extremely ill almost ending up in the hospital because of FOOD POISONING, we couldn't fully enjoy our stay- understaffed

There were ants in our rooms, also the pools were discolored/dirty and not safe to use.

pool should have been nice - but it is public and everyone from the area comes to this small pool which makes it crowded , tons of trash everywhere

rude service from rude "owner" Lana, no water pressure at shower - owner says it is ok if entire day you have no water in shower. hot water - dont even think about it. romms smell badly - I understood from other guest all smell sewerage in the shower. breakfast (if you can call it ) is few things like bread and tomato and yogurt - if any thing is finished they will not refill - it is extremely lame. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF LOOKING AT MISLEADING PICS - this 2 star hotel is more like an hostel and will ruin your vacation

The view was stunning

The fact that they don’t have power, they use generators and the power kept going out.

The view is great, the facilities of the resort is good, good restaurant, great view for a swimming pool and small beach side that you can swim in. The staff was great as well.

They have a spa. However, it was closed and they made us booked a specific time for the spa. We went there but still all facilities were closed and it took sometime to open only the sauna room. Another important major flaw, electricity got cut several times. Also, they don’t have enough staff as the same lady was doing the check in and out, take the luggage, helping in restaurant, helping in spa. One more thing, the beach is rocky so you may have special shoes for swimming (they don’t sell it there)
