ASURE Camelot Arms Motor Lodge

The location was excellent for us since we wanted to visit Auckland Botanic Garden. This was a short drive away. The room was newly decorated and comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, which allowed us to cook our meal. It is situated on busy road, however, our upstairs room was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. Value was excellent. A great night's stay.

Having to give a bond, or give credit card details when I checked in. And not knowing this before I arrived. As I didn't have either at the time.

Easy to find location. Good onsite parking. Host was nice. Was given two separate rooms instead of the two-bedroom unit we originally booked. Definitely not disappointed by this. Rooms were good with everything you could need for a one-night stay.

The pillows need addressing, not that comfortable. Outside gardens and furniture need a refresh, starting to make the place look and feel old.

Off street parking.

Unit needed major upgrades floor under toilet was broken and paint was peeling on bathroom walls, also floor around bed was giving way in places

It was close to Manukau City

The bathroom is in need of a repaint and the shower had mould not cleaned well

Stayed an extra night and was charged more by the owner than Booking.com was offering

Modern, clean and great owners.

Handy to shops, nice roomy room, good cooking facilities, great value. Michael made sure we got our booking confirmed correctly. He is very proficient yet friendly.

The kitchen and shower taps were very temperamental when adjusting.I didn't get to pat the cat.

Always clean and fresh. Love the new room. Fantastic. I always stay here when going through Auckland. Handy to manukau and the airport. Staff are excellent. Great off road safe parking and safe rooms.

Their arrangements made for us arriving at 2 in the morning. Very clean and spacious room

Flew in From Singapore, checked in and went to room. Given room 6. 2 bedroom unit on ground floor! Great we could put bags in spare room ( and they were heavy so not trying to get them up stairs!

No real complaints here, it was what I expected, has a large stove in unit, which I found was not necessary, and large fridge in lounge area. This we did use! Maybe if she.ves were placed in one side of both wardrobes we could have unpacked better for the four days we were there! But very happy, value for money!

Close to family

I would of liked a proper kitchenette. A couch or chairs to watch tv instead of beds. The toilet needed fixing. Paint peeling of bathroom wall. 2 lights did not work.
