When i arrived they had upgraded my room,which was great. Room was clean and perfect for my overnight stay. Great to have someone on the desk at all times of the day and night.

Newish clean modern room, great beds and bedding. Great hot showers. Good price, easy check in

Due to renovations, and previous tenant issues, building surroundings dirty, cluttered, rubbish like outside rooms facing driveway. No 2nd emergency exit from room, sliding door locked. Not enough towels for 2 adults over 2 days. No tea towel in room.

The location was excellent. Added bonus a bar and restaurant for Travellers not wanting to go out. Staff friendly and obliging. Very good would stay there again

I hate this hotel

The room I was given was in a messy condition and clearly not properly checked before assigning it to me. I was told someone might have used it because the door was not locked. This explanation is unacceptable. Do you have surveillance cameras to monitor security? I expect better standards and professionalism.”

Once I got inside the room it was nice..very untidy entrance though and didn't like hw there were no cutlery toaster and th oven never worked..

Easy to find. Plenty of car parks

I think people live in the downstair apartments. Very loud and noisey for a friday night.

The room is clean and enough space. I'll definetely come back when I visit Auckland.

There was no one at receiption and waiting for 15min.

Convenience of venue

The outside was run down The flooding from the shower and not being moved or compensated for it.

Poor communication

Tried to get a refund and they didn’t allow it. My daughters room got flooded out and they couldn’t get another room they had a baby as well

Location, lack of staff when needed, no one at reception on arrival, and when I felt unsafe (security-wise) on the ground floor and went back to reception to request a possible room change, there was no staff available again - felt no option but to leave.

The room was clean and spacious. Is close to malls and supermarket. Would happily stay there again.

It would have been nice for some information/maps on places to eat/visit while at the hotel.

Room was clean and tidy but needed a rubbish bin inside the toilet.

No aircon outside the hallway but i can totally understand there was redevelopment going on. A heads up would have been good tho. We felt a little unsafe at the beginning but loved our stay.

it was the only place we could find at 10pm at night when our flight got cancelled, it was cheap and it looked rough but the rooms were a pleasant surprise and comfortable and tidy with a great bed

Comfortable bed, quality linen and towels

Seemed like an incomplete renovation - eg, no towel rails in the bathroom. Blank white walls. Maybe incomplete rooms were sold at this time because of the desperate need of stranded travellers, and not even a cookie in the room.Nowhere to get a sit-down breakfast there or nearby.Impossible to completely close the curtains to darken the room.

everything, the floor was wet, the hotel had rubbish every where, unpleasent people hanging around the hotel. Mattreses bed bases an furniture everywhere outside the hotel. Disgusting, unsafe an wouldnt recommend, people partying late at night ciggarette smell everywhere

Room was modern, clean. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful when TV didnt work. Easy access with door card.

I would give this a zero if they gave me an option. False advertising. Made to seem glamorous in photos but in reality it is a hotel that houses emergency housing people which is very much apparent. The outside was absolutely appalling. Rubbish everywhere.. old mattress’s & a whole trolly filled of rubbish! We seen a large rat running along the path and no surprises there due to the amount of junk.. The place is outdated although seems they are renovating. This place did not feel safe and was not what we were expecting at all! Would not recommend.

Location is good, close to the town centre. Easy to find and parking was good

A bit noisy in the halls but considering the price, it’s a ln easy compromise.
