Conveniently located. Excellent Customer service. The rooms are well maintained and presented. I would stay there again.

Fairly close to the airport

Noisy area & other guests rowdy at night. Not that easy to find.

Easy going.

Too much constrution noise coming from new buildings being bound next door...they should tell the clients before we book...because it's hard too sleep in the morning around 6.00am.

It was a family style hotel. The sheets and bathroom were clean, if not fancy.

Not a very nice area. It was listed as a airport area hotel. It was suburb airport and big shuttle $. Auckland was full so I had no choice. It worked. But a serious MOTEL style, not a hotel.

Convenient location personable reception but could be cleaner and is tired

A bit run down and not as clean as it could be .Sheets ok but blanket was not used because I doubt it’s changed for every guest

The skylight with no blinds the leaking taps and having to fix toilet system. The fact that so many wall patches need addressing

The bathroom was quite dirty and the room had a very strange odor.

It was a public holiday so we waited 3 days for house keeping to be completed

The lady at the front desk was friendly. plenty of parking, proximity to the super clinic.

Traffic noise (but expected), shower - pressure, not very clean, no ventilation other than a small window, still using tiny sachets for complimentary soap and shampoo- lucky we had our own. Bed - mattress was smaller than the base, chairs- boney & uncomfortable, condensation on the windows, couldn't black out all the light. Wasn't offered any milk. The whole room could do with a full make over and modernising

The motel was close to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Auckland Temple, which was the purpose of our visit to the city. The unit was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a second toilet on the upper floor which was very handy. There were heat pumps situated on both the ground and first floor.

There was only a two seater couch, and two dining chairs at the table, which wasn't enough for four guests, especially when seated for meals. There was only one light blanket on each of the beds which meant we had to run the heat pumps all night to maintain a comfortably warm sleep. It would have been much better if there were electric blankets on each of the beds.

Too dark

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very clean. There was daily room service, with clean sheets & towels.

The 2 burner stove was not useable when we moved in but this was fixed as soon as we asked.

Convenient for space

The windows need safety latches , didnt know what was happening with the air cons Shower over filled other then that we enjoyed it

Clean n comfy, needed a little updating for but still was able to cook meals.

All was okay
