540 on Great South Motel

Well appointed room. Generally clean. Nice bed.

Aircon was a bit mouldy. Needs a clean. Could be 10/10 for the price.

It was clean spacious lot of amenities to use good ?

Only issue what the bed sheet kind of itchy also ghe floor isn't vaccum3d itchy my feet body while lying sheets bed bugs etc

The room was big enough and comfortable, the location was quite good, we could easily get to the center of Auckland in 18-20 minutes.

It was clean and comfy with all basic amenities needed

Couldn’t nap to start with as the room was too hot and the aircon had an error sign. Reception said there was an issue and then fixed it when I talked to them.

Bed. Room was do old and first time I stay to a motel to pay bond. After I pay already online.

I got what I paid for and it was close to the event I was attending.

The fridge was defrosting when we arrived into our room so there was a long water puddle trail from the kitchen into the bathroom and around the toilet. It was attended to the next morning when I informed reception. Reception held a bond and said it would be refunded in an hour's time, however after ringing the bank they informed me it was going to take up to 5 days.

Convenient location, warm, very clean.

Missing TV remote.

Everything- location, neat, good hospitality.

Room and furniture old and outdated. Room had musty smell.

There were rubbish under the bed, the room is smelly, the carpet and the couch as well. The coffee was expired.

Clean and comfortable beds, warm friendly Staff, plenty of eateries with 10 minutes walking distance.

Noise proximity next to one of busiest roads, (Great South Road).

Great location, handy to transport to Auckland,friendly and helpful hosts and very well presented room. Highly recommended.

The building and room had a very strong air freshener. But our room also smelt like urine! And you need $200 for a bond which wasn’t on the website. The room was very tidy and had everything we needed.

The unit was exceptionally clean,modern fitted out, and luxurious. The reception was warm kind and welcoming. Location is great, close to Westfield's Newmarket.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The price was great for what you get. Would stay again if needing to be in this area of town.

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Cheap and basic room. Good enough if you are in a budget.

The location wasn’t great, the staff weren’t as friendly as other stays in New Zealand, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Great space in the studio unit for two.Huge comfy bed. Also had a lazy boy chair.Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle there was also a hot plate element.
