The bathroom smelled, it was the drainage. We complained but it wasn't fixed reception apologized and said to cover the drainage with a towel and they would send someone to check.

Everything was clean and bed comfortable.

Studio was a little tight on space.

To be honest, the staff were the absolute best part of this stay, friendly and they went out of their way for us. As first timers in Auckland this was our initial experience and we felt welcomed and taken care of. I absolutely recommend the staff there. Aside from that, view was nice.

The duvet cover wasn't clean it had brown marks on it, the lamp stands in the apartment were dusty.

Couch was unbearable to sit on with springs sticking into you. Could use fans in the bedrooms for summer. The Dishwashing liquid, hand wash and shampoo seemed to be all the same product

The place had everything we could ask for after a long flight. Comfortable bed, clean warm shower, fully equipped kitchen and very warm welcome in the reception

Shabby, wind whistling through the poorly constructed glass doors, no washer & dryer as advertised, shotty WiFi that was not sufficient to stream.

Close to all amenities. The view from the 16th floor. Easy check in and out. The washing machine and dryer was a plus for me.

clean n tidy . spectacular veiws ..we had a romantic dinner in the covered balcony outside .easy cheap parking .cozy bed. shower can fit two people -good water pressure. washing machine and dryer in the room . air con . warm . super close to Wero Climb , Rainbows end and Westfield shopping mall .

Happy as with everything . Just missing a Gym, pool and buffet breakfast then it would be pretty perfecto

Floor 12 had an odour. Drains possibly & my room especially the bathroom smells.

Have stayed here few times. The location is close to shopping and eateries. Clean room and comfortable bed. Front desk staff is always nice and the manager was very helpful with changes in my reservation as I checked in a day late.

I have no complaints except the room is very small but super clean and tidy. I would stay again for sure.

The underground parking lot was very secure, convenient and reasonably priced. Location wise, it was about 15 minutes max from the airport, and 15~40minutes to auckland city center depending on traffic.

We would recommend this place to our whaanau n friends. 24 hour reception is definitely worth it. Very welcoming. Place had everything we needed. Location awesome. Only thing I could fault was the smoke smell in apartment. Thank you Proximity for a great stay????

Heat pump worked well. Location great. Carparking good option. Staff were helpful.

No extra blankets in the room. No heaters in the bedrooms and the bedroom away from the lounge area was very cold. We had booked a standard 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults, but then went to check in and they told us it only slept 3! And an extra pullout bed would cost $35. The staff ended up upgrading us to a different 2 bedroom apartment and 1 of our party slept on the couch. We had to ask for sheets and blankets.

Location, size and warmth. Front office lady was so lovely and kind to us. She was so very professional and effective with all the things we needed help with such as lost luggage.

Couch was broken and the dryer didn’t work in the room. When we told the morning receptionist she wrote this down but not sure if it would have been attended to.
