Hotel Jardín de Aranjuez

It is darling and location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. Breakfast was good. The balcony was really nice. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent, near the Palacio, Jardin Principe and some good restaurants. Security was high, especially with a police station a couple of blocks away. The breakfast was also included and it was very nice.

The beds were very hard and very small. The shower was also extremely small and didn't work very well. The TV screen was very small, nearly the size of a regular-sized laptop computer screen. Appearance not very good, especially the old (not antique) furniture in the halls.

check in was a nightmare. Unfriendly, incompetent young lady insisted on having us fill out all kinds of forms, with information that were already available to the hotel. It felt like Franco's days were back. Upon asking what time they had breakfast, she pushed another paper at us to fill out. The whole check in took more than 20 minutes for us. Upon asking for parking, she pointed at the street, not being helpful at all. And this was not a language problem, as our friends who checked in with us , are Spanish.

A perfectly located hotel in the centre of this interesting town. The room was large, comfortable and airy with double glass doors opening onto a small balcony and overlooking one the towns pretty tree-lined streets. A good breakfast was included. There are plenty of nearby options for dinner. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Main restaurant no longer in use . The bar area ( Irish theme ) had to be used for breakfast area and no longer functioned as a bar .

Convenient. Comfortable. Free parking outside if you can find a space. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice coffee. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Great gourmet burger next door and a delightful cocktail bar a minute away!

Excellent location with very nice staff and nice rooms

The Hotel was easy to find, situated in an attractive building . The interior is attractive and well kept. I found it charming The breakfast was fresh ,sessions timed in 45 minute blocks, good choice of warm and cold buffet taken in the staffed downstairs private cafe I had a small double room for myself with courtyard view,. The room was bright and cozy, nicely and simply decorated. It was equipped with an efficient air conditioning, TV safe and a small fridge. Well thought out space . The reception staff were friendly and helpful

It is very well located, easy to find a parking spot. Lots of nearby restaurants and tapas bars nearby.

It is a bit outdated. It looks nice, and the room was clean and confortable, just needs some “love”.

Easy walking distance from everything. Breakfast in a cozy room, very good and staff very welcoming and efficient. I had 2 different rooms because I decided to.come a day earlier and my pre-booked room was not available. Staff very accommodating, told me to leave my bags packed in the first room and they would move them, which they did. .I originally booked the cheapest room and it was small but very well set up. It was perfect for one person, probably adequate for 2.

Pleasant

There was no staff on duty at the hotel front desk at night. After the hotel gate was closed at night, I could not use my card to enter the hotel when I returned to the hotel. I was locked out for nearly two hours. In the end, I had no choice but to contact the hotel manager through the police.

Check in was excellent very friendly and very helpful gave us great information about the area. The hotel was within walking distance of the Royal Palace which was free that afternoon unfortunately not if you are a Brit! Since Brexit apparently but it was only a few euros. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. The room was a good size. The hotel also owns a restaurant El Rana Verde which is on the river and food is fabulous, they give you a 10% discount if you show your room key.

Think the room was quite tired and could do with some tlc.

Nice place with friendly and helpful staff in a great location in Aranjuez. We were fortunate to have a room at the front of the building. overlooking the street and sidewalk; very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was especially good.

Odd humming noise intermittently in the bathroom, made a little more irritating because the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. No big deal and far outweighed by the pluses.
