Modern and nice hotel, close to Matera, well kept.

Stuff - correct but not very pleasant sometimes, laundry costed us like a full tank of gasoline.

Quite a long way out of the old town (which was not a problem for us)

No bedside lights and the restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Materace has a wave need to be changed. Could be cleaner - found a hair in shower.

Walking distance to the city centre. Nice restaurants and shops near you.

The location was perfect. We walked to the center of town. They had secured parking, so we just walked to town, have a glass of wine and not worry about anything. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stopped at Altamura because it was so close to Matera without having to pay the higher price for a hotel. We did not know Altamura was also a very nice place to visit! I would definitely stay there again!!

I gave 9 and not 10 because of the suit we stayed which has sofa bed, we have two teenagers 12 & 17 who slept on it and found it uncomfortable.

The room was very modern, the facilities were excellent and the breakfast was brilliant.The hotel staff was very accommodating, helping us with booking taxis, and our room was kept very clean. The shower was also great.

We only got one pillow each on our twin beds, and two would be better but not too problematic. It was a walk (and slightly up hill) to the old town and the cathedral, which was a longer walk when you factor in the heat.

Perfect location to reach the city center of Altamura by foot (less than 15 min walk) and visit other cities in the area, as Gravina and Matera

The breakfast was tasty. The room was spacious. It was easy to park outside the hotel although there is an option with hotel’s underground garage. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel.

There was a smaller choice of food for breakfast on Monday.

New hotel, location in a quiet and nice area at border of the town, nice and clean room, large terrace, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.Breakfast good, parking free.

The staff was so nice and sweet to our one year old daughter. Breakfast was great with a good number of items and the hotel is very clean and modern. It’s also close to altamura centro storico which is great for shopping, eating and to roam around in the evening.

Nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion would be to add a kettle with some basic coffee/tea sachets in the bedroom.

Everything about this property was fabulous. Very easy access to parking, either on street or paid parking. The room was large, had ad a balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and cold food including fruit and cereal. The best I’ve had in Italy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is a little outside of the old town but it can be reached after a 15-20 minute walk.

The hotel was in a great location for visiting Matera also close to the city of Altamura. The room was comfortable, the bed comfortable and the breakfast very good. The staff were very helpful.

I wish the intercontinental breakfast selection had a bit more choice. For me personally, the bed was a little too hard, but this is my personal preference..
