Pros +
- Excellent location and convenient access to both La Riojaforum and Calle Laurel for dinner.
- Location location location
- Breakfast buffet is good, with a variety of hot and cold items.
Cons -
- If you come by car make it a small one - the parking was very convenient but access into and outside of parking required very precise driving.
- The cafeteria hours are a little odd. We came back from a day out and tried to get a drink and we were told the cafeteria was closed. Asked if we could get a drink and was told no.
- The on-property café (served by a common kitchen with the breakfast buffet) has odd hours and didn't seem to be open at all while I stayed there (2 nights).

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had bikes that could be stored safely. The room had a wonderful view. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.
Can not think of anything that could have been better.
Great to see F&G as we came over the bridge into Longrono while hiking the Camino. Comfortable room, helpful staff and well located. Nice spot for a rest day.
It was nice, clean, and comfortable for the most part
The restaurant wasn’t open and it was a holiday which made it difficult to find anywhere to eat. I think it would be more convenient for guests if it were open. The guy that check us in was not very personable.
Rooms are comfortable. Very clean. Everything worked. Staff helpful especially departing underground garage. Excellent purchased breakfast. Good location with easy access.
No complaints.
- kind at the reception- very good locationP.s. was there just for a few hours at night and thus could not describe more, but if in the city again, will stay in again

Excellent location. Very clean.Great air-conditioning. Friendly staff, (except one gentleman who all but threw us out of the restaurant saying it was closed - we were only looking to see where breakfast was the next day ?)
Location was good, first Hotel walking into the town.
The staff was less than friendly and felt out of place because we were pilgrims. I was not greeted and stood waiting until the desk staff seemed to want to acknowledge me. I asked about laundry and was told they don’t provide laundry services, so asked for nearest laundry mat to walk to and he warmed up a bit. Overall would have rather gone somewhere I felt welcomed.
Great views. Wonderful bathroom. Nice proximity to the Camino!
Location
Well the cafe / bar is closed weekends ? Not really good as no other local bars ! The parking is ok for small vw golf car or smaller and it’s expensive. No coffee / tea facilities in room, the bath / shower is deadly slippery even for fit people totally an accident going to happen or has already and really did not expect hairs from parts of body not mentionable in bath cleaning was not to standard expected from a hotel of this rating, and non soft close toilet seat which is the norm now, reception staff could be a little more friendly on my birthday was told nothing happing in town so if no good move to another city !!!
Comfortable modern hotel. Great breakfast. Reception staff very helpful.
The location is fantastic. It is very clean with friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent hotel, located in the center of Logrono city. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are very clean, modern and quiet for a good night sleep.
Great value hotel in the centre of town. The rooms were of a good size and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good temperature. Beatrix on reception was a lovely lady with excellent English. She made us feel very welcome.
Nothing. This hotel was very, very good value for money and we would not hesitate to recommend it.
Beatrice!!!! do I need to say more? She went out of her way to make my stay the best ever. I arrived with an Achilles ankle issue and she helped me with getting ice finding an ER and getting me a taxi. This lady is just awesome.
The fact that I could not turn the air conditioning on the vault, safe didn’t work, and there was a light in the bathroom that was out other than that the children playing down the street was kind of humorous
The location was perfect. We had restaurants, grocery stores, banks and everything needed very close to El Camino. The place was run wonderfully and very flexible. Jose made himself available to help with anything we needed. We were 4 people but the place accommodated 6 with no issues, maybe more. Apartment was clean and wonderfully maintained. Everything was taken care of in advance. When I go back, there is no other place that I would book.
The location was good. I liked the cafe and the staff. The room was large.
The bathroom smelled of cabbage gas. I had to keep the bathroom door shut so the smell didn't permeate into the bedroom. The hotel itself was musty when you walked in.
The car lift was unique, good location
The meal at the cafeteria was not great
