Hotel Sercotel Portales

Terrific hotel (with fantastic onsite parking with a cute “car elevator”) just steps away from Logroño’s famous Calle Laurel with its amazing array of tapas bars. Hotel is modern but quaint. Will be back!

Small comfortable room. Staff provided us with a fan which made our stay even better. Hotel is very convenient to the city center and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the central area of the city, with only a small walk to the main tourist attractions. Nice rooms and good breakfast.

Centrally located.

All good. The parking lot closest to the hotel was fulled on Saturday late afternoon, therefore, we ended up parking further down the road. Fortunately there was parking availability on Sunday.

The location was great

The bed and the duvet was uncomfortable. There was no air condition in the room, it was so warm and humid.

The location was excellent.

The air conditioning didn’t work because it is (apparently) controlled by the outside air temperature and it was 16 degrees out. The wifi stopped working and we were told it was our problem. It wasn’t and it started as abruptly as it stopped 36 hours later. Staff not particularly helpful. The room was fine but with a shower that soaked the whole room.

Great location on the Camino. Front desk staff were so very friendly and helpful.

We had a very spacious comfortable room and a good breakfast. The staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and there is a large free carpark less than 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel has quite a corporate feel, but it was an excellent place to stay for a comfortable night in the centre of Logroño.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Wonderful accommodation on the Camino. Located at edge of the old town close to restaurants, shops and historic sites. Comfortable and offered all amenities.

Felt out dated and a bit shabby. Didn’t feel all that clean and sheets kind of stiff and thin, like they’ve been over bleached. More like a guesthouse than hotel. Very overpriced for what it was

Beds were comfortable, location great, staff excellent. Needed a taxi to the bus station. There was a marathon that day and no taxis available. Would have missed the bus and would have to wait 7 hours for the next. The maintenance man for the 3 hotels was leaving to go home and offered to take us to the station. Made it 10 minutes before departure. Not sure that would have happened in the U S. That is why we like Spain…. The people.

Excelent location. Amazing breakfast

The bedroom was very hot and the shower head didn’t stay still. It was impossible to shower without making the bathroom wet. Also, there was only 1 set of towels in the bathroom (we were 2)

Well located on a wonderful street filled with good dining and centrally located. Very nice hotel room and very good breakfast.

My room overlooked the building room and surrounding walls. At least, no street noise.
