The location is second to none. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious for a four star hotel.

Hotel WiFi can be weak and erratic. The room air conditioning is just tolerable. But for the price we paid this was an excellent experience.

BUGS.....We woke up with several bites both mornings there.WIFI NON EXISTENT IN OUR ROOM #401 but worked everywhere else.......

Friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist you. Ruben was a great Receptionist.

I left and did not stay, many blood spots on the sheets. Very worrying, like bed bugs.

The location was great. The hotel was decent, but 4 star? No way!

Our room was awful, no view, maybe because they don’t like pilgrims (though maybe this allowed it to be quiet). Furnishings and TV were dated (no smart TV).

Staff were unfriendly and didn’t speak English well enough to communicate. Internet WiFi was way too slow so I couldn’t even try WiFi.

Hotel Los Bracos is located in a perfect location less than a block from Calle del Laurel in Logrono's Old Town. Our room was huge (pretty sure we got an upgrade at check in) and beautifully decorated. We were on a high floor with a great view of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.Just steps from the entrance are many choices for food and drinks. One block away are the 50+ Pinchos and tapas bars - very fun.I wish we had more days to spend.

There is parking under the hotel but it is DIFFICULT to find/get to. The garage and hotel entrance is down what at first appears to be a pedestrian street but has limited access to cars.

Breakfast was over priced. We waited half hour for items to be available. The hotel charges 15.00 euros for a mediocre breakfast. Garage wasn’t convenient, a few blocks from the property.

The place was super clean and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

They turn off the AC on 1 October, the room was hot so we had to open a window. The outside street noise was too loud to sleep and lasted until 3am both nights we stayed. So our rest day wasn't much of a rest!! A 4* hotel should be able to turn the AC on during hot days. If the AC was on, the place would have been perfect!

Clean and modern hotel on a pedestrian mall. Convenient to restaurants and bars but not so close as to be noisy.

Very clean and comfortable. The bathtub was a real bonus and the location is Town is outstanding

- The hotel is old but well kept, gives off a classy feel- Nice and helpful staff- Great location: close from everything- Cleanliness- Spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of natural light and good views

- The biggest negative aspect is the night noise from the street. Makes it hard to rest.The street has plenty of night life and the hotel management should seriously consider soundproofing the windows as well, not just the space between the rooms (between the rooms soundproofing is good), the noise can get to a really uncomfortable volume and just changing glasses of windows for the soundproof ones can already improve the situation by a lot.

The triple room was big and the bed was comfortable.The location is also great, with a public parking nearby and great restaurants and bar less than 5 min away.

The hotel is a bit outdated and the common area was a bit dirty (old stains, etc.).Compared with other 4 star hotels in Spain it lacks some services and offers.

Great location and friendly staff.

The building’s AC system is not equipped to handle the high summer heat, it was extremely hot in the rooms even with the AC on. There is also no warning or notice inside the building relating to paid parking which comes at a steep €20 per night, which seems off m-brand for a 4* hotel.

Clean, very quiet even with the window open to the street. Big bathtub for soaking in after a long Camino day. All the amenities of a very good hotel.

It’s an upscale hotel that has very nice rooms at a attractive price range. Great place for a Camino de Santiago pilgrim who wants a break from the trail.
