- Quiet and relaxed, super nice and helpful staff.Save and convenient parking in the same building.
- Comfortable and clean.
Cons -
- Room was a little on the small side and no microwaves.
- Restaurant was closed / probably due to it being low business season.Gym in a regular hotel room was great but the sauna and Turkish bath are off - used only on demand...that felt a bit combersome.
- Breakfast disappointing. Plenty of choice but hot food not hot. Coffee lukewarm warm too.

Comfortable and clean.

The Front Desk employee, David, was wonderful, very kind, and helpful. Housekeeping staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, very quiet and clean. The rain shower and very comfortable bed were greatly appreciated. The room and entire hotel were quiet and peaceful. The sauna was fantastic, especially after many days as a Pilgrim walking the Camino de Santiago from St Jean Pied de Port. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many excellent choices.
It was such a delightful place to stay that I wish I had booked a second night.
Great showers and terrific breakfast
Not the best part of town Not much life around the hotel or neighborhood
It was clean
Bad aroma in vicinity and in hotel. Expensive breakfast. Staff not friendly. A bit far out of centre
Comfortable clean hotel a 15 minute walk into old town
Parking was a little expensive for a hotel on the edge of town
Really lovely staff. Nice clean room. The trip was for our anniversary and they left us Cava & pastries in the room.
Room, breakfast, bathrooms.
Everything was excellent.
Clean bedsheets, comfortable bed. Great breakfast choice, natural orange juice.
Shower towel hangers not clean, corridor bench not clean. A small misunderstanding in the breakfast hall, with the hotel mistake, a simple apology would have been nice from a lady at breakfast hall.
Rooms comfy, clean and effective air conditioning, with plenty of parking
Described as restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, was actually closed and only open for breakfast, wasn't informed if this at booking or during check in so.struggled to find last minute dinner alternatives. Staff ambivalent. Very poor experience overall.
Location is good, 10 mins walk to town. Good undergound parking. Breakfast is good
Clean rooms ok
No restaurant served limited snacks
Room was extremely good the bathroom was fantastic
No restaurant takeaway food was disgusting and the cost was way too much Charging for car parking was way out of order
Great place to crash for 18 hours at the end of 2 weeks on the Camino.
Bathtub wasn’t working, which was heartbreaking after a long day on the Camino. Housekeeping came and fixed it for a moment but it stopped working again soon after. Wasn’t offered any compensation for this. Also the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from downtown through a so-so neighborhood. I didn’t have the energy to make the walk back to town so ended up getting so-so takeout food from the lounge. Internet was very slow.
The property was clean modern and suitable for our needs
The breakfast was adequate, but the buffet was slow to be replenished We chose this accommodation, as it has recently had EV car chargers installed. Our trip and route from Santander to Denia, it was disappointing that the Endesa chargers did not work and staff had not been trained how the chargers operated. Such a shame 4 new chargers, no instructions how to use them. Had to leave the hotel and find another charger
Clean, comfortable rooms, modern, good welcome at reception
Bar closes at 11am- a bit of a joke
Our room was very comfortable, as were the beds. We ask for walk-in shower and got an amazing bathroom. Real 5 star quality. Hotel was very quiet, but not very full at the time of our visit. Underground parking was safe and secure if a little tight on the turns. No drink making facilities in the room but free service of hot drinks and pastries on the ground floor
I can't think of one thing to criticise
The room was clean and staff welcoming.
When I made the original reservation I requested a quiet room with opening windows - I have a lung condition so fresh air is important for me. I also asked if it would be possible to book a table for dinner in the restaurant. We had been travelling all day in the car and were looking forward to a nice dinner and a good nights sleep before travelling on to Santander for the ferry back to UK. On arrival I spoke to reception about a table for dinner and was informed that the restaurant was only open Monday to Thursday. She told me that the nearest restaurant was 15 minutes walk, impossible for us as we are late 60's and were very tired. Our room on the 5th floor which, I was told was quieter, although very nice was both extremely hot and very noisy with traffic until at least 3 in the morning.Eventually we decided to walk around the corner to Carrefour express where we picked up a few items for a picnic in the room - we felt that a charge of 12 euros each for a sandwich and a few crisps was excessive.I feel very angry and upset that we were not informed of this hotels inability to provide adequate catering for guests. And that they were unable to provide a quiet room when asked. We have stayed at hotels all over France and Spain and I am very sorry to say this is by far the worst we have experienced. There are only two good things I can say about this hotel -1) the reception staff were very polite.2) the cleaners are excellent as our room and bathroom were clean.
Clean and modern. Good breakfast, kind and helpful staff.
It wasn’t easy to regulate temperatures.
