Cons -
- The rooms were small- absolutely functional but not special in any way. The staff did their job- but with little enthusiasm.Their were no amenities to speak of.
- The hotel Internet signal in our room was very weak or sometimes none.
- The room needs updating. It felt like a college dorm mixed with public bathroom vibes with the soap dispenser. Bulky metal key.

It’s very convenient to main sites, stores and the streets with the tapas.

Nice staff, clean, and right on the Camino! Nice area.

Location to the Camino Route
This was the only 4 star hotel we used during the Camino and it stood out for being so poor . Even a basic hostel offered us water on coming into the accommodation especially as it was 40 C outside - But nothing here . The room had a smell of drains : no fridge and uncomfortable beds . We had booked the room with breakfast but due to heat were leaving at 5am so no breakfast was available . We could not even be given a bottle of water or a piece of fruit . Poor service and not worth the money
Super clean and great desk staff
A little noisy but had interior courtyard window
Location
The room was very small, very basic and quite dated. Not what I would expect from a hotel. I stayed in way better hostels for a fraction of the cost. My room was so hot I could not sleep. They told me only after I complained that there was no air conditioning. Then I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. Then when I complained again they sent a message at 2:39am offering to change my room, which message I only picked up at 3:30. At that point I was set to leave at 5:30 so would not have made sense to pack up and move. Then when I asked on check out for a discount I was refused saying I was offered an alternate room. Horrible stay. Unhelpful staff. No amenities
Love the location of this property. The room was well appointed and just what I needed. Everything was clean and fresh and there was a bathtub.
Though I am sure it is to save on electrical costs. I didn’t like that the hallways turn the lights off unless they detected motion. It made for a bit of an Erie experience when coming and going from my room.
Decent breakfast options. Nice warm shower.
Beds were like sleeping on concrete slabs.
Basic breakfast but adecuate , bakery, just ham/ cheese/ scramble egg. Coffee machine didnt produce a good coffee at all. Just simple but ok.
Tv in room is very small in a corner. The soap on dispensers not very good either.
Friendly staff, location near the city center
Room with view on internal courtyard
Old hotel, with no recent renovations or redecorating done. Good price / value ratio though, and a really great location close to the bustling old town, but far enough to not be noisy. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel is just older and it shows. It's clean and comfortable so you really have to decide what you want in a stay. Parking was incredibly tight, even with a tiny rented Fiat 500. If you have a large vehicle I don't think it would be worth trying to get it into the underground parking that the hotel provides.
the location is good, there is 24hrs service desk which is convenient. The bed was comfy and the staff were nice!
The only issue really is parking, I know it says parking is not guaranteed but when you don’t know the city it’s stressful to look for parking as soon as you arrive and then carry all your stuff. Make sure you ask them what are the private parking prices around as they differ a lot!
Close to many bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend the winery tour (booked through third party) 15 min walk from this hotel
Location was excellent.
I may have been on a budget floor, but other guests checking in late made a lot of noise.
Fabulous location, clean and right in the Camino path
Everything was terrific
Very clean, very efficient
My bed was very uncomfortable
Great location. Have stayed here previously on Camino Francés 2022.
Hotel met all my needs while traveling the Camino Francés route of the Camino de Santiago.
Great stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, central, few minutes walk to sites and right on the camino path. Staff were friendly. Special mention to the young lady at the front desk who was very nice and helpful.
