Pros +
- Location, staff and price. The hotel is getting old but the staff is great and very responsive and friendly. Very well located and parking is available in the streets. The decoration and rooms must have been fancy 20 years ago but the carpet and rooms are old. I was at a Silken in Leon and that's more like a **** hotel.
- Hotel was nice and staff was friendly
- Central location easily accessible to all amenities and camino route right outside the entrance
Cons -
- This hotel is getting run down. I was there 4 years ago and this time I saw a few maintenance issues besides the style looking old.The AC was weak and it was cooler outside in July than in the room. I called reception and maintenance came immediately. However, they claimed it was working but barely. Since it was a central AC they told me another room will be similar but they offered to change. We bought a fan and slept with open windows. Thankfully it was not hot.The show drain was so slow that we had to pause the shower for fear of flooding the bathroom. Reported too and never fixed. The PMR room is so small that I could barely get my wheelchair next to the bed. Much less reach the window or turn around in some places. The bathroom was spacious however.
- Our room overlooked a nightclub that stays open until 6 am. We heard large groups of parties talking, arguing, even fighting all night.

Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to orientate us. Hotel scrupulously clean and comfortable.
Only parking difficult not hotels fault , gentleman serving breakfast was a lovely man so helpful polite 10/10
I arrived early, hoping to just drop off my bags but was able to check in and have access to my room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was fabulous.
Sayed here before, always helpful staff and in a good location with easy parking
Location central
The room was quite small. No Tea/Coffeemaking facilities. Breakfast too expensive.
Location, very clean, super friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent value. Had problem with hire car and receptionist was excellent, ringing breakdown assist for me and translating the messages they sent on mobile.
Nothing. Except no iron in room
The location is perfect, right in the center of Logroño. Moreover, the price you pay is very fair.
In a general manner, the hotel and the room were a little bit old compared with the pictures provided by Booking.
Great location, easily accessible by car. Car park available by booking.
clean and bright hotel. Staff were very friendly, good location
no obvious set down area when arriving by car.
Hotel Gran Via was perfect for a short stay in Logrono. Close to the old city and safe for walking
No tea/coffee making in the rooms
Location, easy to locate from motorway. Nice rooms.
Unloading area is a pedestrian walkway with a couple of lowered kerb sections to mount the walkway. Both were blocked off by parked, thoughtless arrivees checking in. Mounting a 9" kerb on a large, heavy motorcycle is asking for trouble so we unloaded parked on the road while traffic made its way past. In truth, if you are on a motorcycle avoid this Hotel.
The location was ok. The room was clean
The air con was not good. When we opened the window alot of city noise flooded the room. Air con was really needed and we didn't sleep very well
bathroom ok
air conditioning didn’t work so very hotsmall room
good location and very clean
I found the breakfast poor
Walked here to stay on our last night of walking the Camino de Santiago. It had a wonderful breakfast and was walking distance to the bus station.
The bed was comfortable. The room was lovely and clean. It was a pity we had to leave early. Location was great and benefited from a very good and secure underground car park which was private. Watch for the height restriction - 1.98m . I had a Discovery 4 and had to lower the suspension and corners were tight, but I got in OK, with room above and to the sides.
Breakfast seemed expensive so gave it a miss - 15€ each. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. All else was OK.
locatie was goed, ruime badkamers
AWFUL PARKING AND RECEPTION !!!We asked months!! upfront for 2 parking spaces (1 big car 5m and 1 medium size). This was comfirmed by the hotel. When we arrived our big car almost got stuck in the parking and they gave us very small parking spaces! They did not want to help us while other bigger parking spaces were available!!! They could not tell us where else to park in the neighbourhood!? We found ourselves a parking space in a public parking nearby. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!! NEVER NOT EVEN FOR FREE !!!
