Sercotel Calle Mayor

The hotel is a 17thC beautiful renovation. The location is perfect AND there is parking !

My husband and I are pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. I got very sick and had to stop for two days to recover. Sercotel Calle Mayor hotel refused to adjust our booking despite having availability and instead took $---- from us without providing service

Beautiful hotel with a feeling of the old and new. Great location, close to city plaza, Cathedral, restaurants and Camino route. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely helpful personnel.

There could be a better lightening over the desk...

Open and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Really clean and serviceable staff. Would stay again!

Bathrooms get really foggy and there aren’t enough places to hang towels so they dry, also the lack of shower door gets all the floor wet. Should have a better ventilation system.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient to the center of Logroño. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel staff wonderful.

Our room was constantly too hot and the only way to moderate the temperature was to open the window. The parking garage is a nightmare, the scars on every surface leading down the driveway bear testament to many many damaged cars, including mine. I do not recommend parking here.

The rooms are fantastic, the location is perfect..in the middle of everything, but very quiet. The breakfast is great!

We loved the hotel and its location right in the heart of Logrono within short walking distance to the many great restaurants in town. We stayed in a Superior Triple Room which was very spacious, quiet and had a nice modern design. We arrived with a rental car, the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone but it was easy to find, easy to stop outside the entrance to unload our luggage, and the secure parking garage was just a few meters from the hotel entrance - priceless! And then there was the AMAZING breakfast, truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had, fresh squeezed orange juice, wonderful coffee, a buffet with a wide selection of items and the breakfast room itself was stunning and beautifully designed - truly a WOW breakfast and a wonderful hotel.

The hotel has a great location. Staff is very nice and friendly. Everything was clean.

The only thing we did not like was that it did not have air conditioning at the time of our stay. I had asked before and they said they did, but a couple of days prior to our check-in I got a message saying they had change to heating system. But it was hot and we had to open the windows, and there was noise outside.

We had a very quiet room towards the inner yard.The room was comfortable and the bed‘s mattress was exeptional confortable.The breakfast was incredibly beautifully prepared and the breakfast room was extremely stylishly designed. Breakfast had everything you can wish

The underground car park was, as in most hotels, very narrow, but otherwise good

GORGEOUS! We are walking the Camino, Frances, and this was an oasis!The room was beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

I would’ve liked a bathtub in the room.

We had a Superior Room which was lovely. Very large, bright & excellent shower.

Parking can be a little tight for large cars.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and bars around it, and still very quiet. Nice staff, good breakfast with lots of options. Room is clean.

No cups and kettle in the room, no coffee machine. So no drinks in the room. Upstairs noise (walking) during night.
