Pros +
- Location was okay. Room was clean.
- The staff was wonderful!! Very helpful and accommodating! The lady that checked us in was extremely pleasant and Indigo went out of his way to give us instructions l, directions and to make our stay more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!!
- Good 2-day stop on the Camino for some rest and recovery. The hotel provided a clean, comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff. Great restaurant just downstairs and a short walk to Calle Laurel and all things touristy.
Cons -
- The location could have been better if it was closer to the main street and the Camino trail. The room and bathroom were extremely small and bare. I think there must be better value in Logrono. The room was depressing. The photos did not match my room.
- It's rather small and the WiFi didn't work.
- The lift did not go down to the ground floor/entrance.The parking was initially a little complicated but staff were so helpful with instructions on how to get entry and use the key:)

Great location, just 3min walk from the city center.
It's rather small and the WiFi didn't work.
Very nice room in a hotel that sits in the perfect location, especially if you're a food lover. The hotel sits in front of a school, so if you're coming during the year just be aware it can be a little noisy.
Clean, comfortable. Helpful staff. Nice big towels. Hairdryer. Stand for suitcase. Parking good and close by @ €10 a day

Passable
Location was okay, 5-10 minutes walk from the lively centre, but on the ugly side of Logroño, far away from the river and the antique centre. It was extremely noisy, hearing everything on the stairs and from the other guests. My room was very small, cramped. Would not return here.
Really comfortable beds. Good air con.
A little bit dated with some scuffs and scratches here and there, but it didn’t affect my stay and I would stay there again
The cleanest room in a great priced hotel ever!
Lack of wifi due to misinformation about wifi. It was simply a miscommunication. In today's world, wifi info at checkin is a must.
Quiet, comfortable, very close to the main area and staff provided clear instructions on how to access by car and park the car overnight.
Bathroom isn't very private, just a panel of glass for the door
Clean,compact room for one.Centrally located,air conditioning and there was a balcony! (I'm a smoker,no traipsing down stairs?)
Not much!Perfect place to crash after a long day travelling before restarting my Camino from Logroño!
The location is good and the staff is very hospitable.
The AC was not doing the job. The room was hot.
Location was perfect! Staff was really friendly! We loved our stay here. Room is not luxurious but all is clean and comfy. We parked on the side of the big street and walked 2 streets to get to the hotel because it was bank holiday the parkings were free, but the hotel does offer a paid parking place as well.
The location was near the center, but the parking facilities were away from the hotel which we found a bit of an incovenience. We don't think we will stay again.
The location.
Awful.
Being in a pedestrian area with no prior warning and trying to find the garage with childlike instructions.
Clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds with nice linens. Walkable to all sites. Cafes in front of the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Hotel was not that easy to find. On a non traffic street. Stairs to the reception desk then you can use the elevator to the room. You must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reception desk.. A/C not on due to season even though it was needed. You must leave your luggage at the hotel if you don't want to walk from the garage to the hotel with it. You must check in to find out where the paid parking garage is. Garage is not very close to the hotel and there should be a second person available to get down to open garage door for car to pass through.
Location, easy to walk to Laurel Street
Our bathroom had so much mold you could smell it when we opened the door, the receptionist found a new room for us, very sparse rooms, but the location was easy to walk to Laurel Street for Pintxos. We would not stay here again.
Hotel Isasa far exceeded my expectations. Celestine was a wonderfully host. He answered all of my questions even though we struggled with one another’s language at times. Everything was clean and well cared for. The shared bathroom was expansive and hot water was plentiful.
Great location, nice and quiet, large room with everything included.
Comfortable hotel with great location, reasonable price, nothing to complain.
