Hotel Carlton Rioja

Great location, close to wineries, museums and restaurants, it has parking in the building which is very convenient. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious and had all the amenities.

Good location w/ easy walking to Cathedral & sites. Very modern, good size room & bathroom w/ comfortable beds!

You should explain to guests arriving how to find this location… we had a very hard time finding it even on GPS, as it is a narrow hotel between many other buildings in a business district on a very busy street w/ no parking or space to pull over ! It just says Hotel on side of building & name of hotel was not visible…we missed it several times & wasted at least 30 min trying to circle back , finally pulled up on sidewalk & saw name on door… very frustrating ! Front staff seemed rush & not very friendly…

Nice, modern hotel. If you’re on the Camino and you want to up your game on accommodations for a night, this is a good place to do it at a reasonable price. It felt good to sleep in what felt like a new bed with new sheets. Breakfast was expensive (15 Euros) but good.

The guy at the front desk was emotionless. Smile, it’s free!

The room was clean, with a lot of supplements. The location is very good, in the city center. Will definitely recommend.

Pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast is overpriced from my POV.

Okay location. It’s a bit further than I thought it was from the old city - a few blocks. Not bad but nothing really stood out for me. AC worked great. The breakfast was good and the dining room and salon were lovely. No electrical outlets near the bed. Only one outlet in the room and one in the bathroom.

Needs electrical outlets near the bed, at least an additional one somewhere.

finding the exact location of the garage was difficult to locate . Breakfast was meagre for a 4 star hotel

There was parking under the hotel. Nice room, excellent breakfast.The old town and the Rioja bars were just one road away. To sit in the warm sun and drink tinto Rioja in early January is one of life's great pleasures.little ole wine drinker me ?.

I could find nothing wrong with a hotel Life is for living not for constantly complaining about the smallest of things.It was my third visit to Rioja,and.I think it gets better each time.?

Good location at the center of Logrono, many bars, restaurants, stores nearby. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated so it was a little noisy but they did a good renovation so everything was fine.

Brilliantly situated. Facilities that you would expect in a much more expensive location. Good on site parking. Very good and helpful staff. Amazingly cheap for the price. We had a view of Gran Via and the hotel is right at the heart of everything you would want to see. I would recommend it thoroughly.

Hotel nice & central locaton close to Pintxos area. Helpful reception and good parking 100m away around corner but easy accessible. Good average business hotel.

Rooms a bit dowdy, hard to get hot water. Thought it was epensive for what you got

Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice and good value.

Very difficult to locate no clear signage and being on a very busy road was really easy to miss the access. Not much parking available at the hotel and public parking was quite a long walk away.

Convenient location, not far to walk to the old town, nice room, pleasant staff. Parking available underneath the hotel but limited spaces.

It’s on a main road so there was quite a lot of traffic noise. Not able to pre-book parking.

Friendly staff fab location great underground safe parking at a reasonable cost. Close to all main areas for tapas bars etc.

Room very plain decor & we didn't have any view but as we was out and about whilst there wasn't an issue for 2 nights.

Very central, comfy bed. Great for a one night stay in Logroño along the Camino.

Hotel is in the heart of the city. Has secure underground parking. When you arrive it feels like to have to drive on the pavement to get to the door (you do) don't worry this is fine. Good quality hotel with clean and comfy rooms.

The location was perfect along the main road. Lots of things to do close by. Easy to get to the cathedral. The room was very comfortable. Easy access shower. And very quiet.

When I checked in the man at the desk was kind of put off by me being there. He pretended like I wasn’t there, even though he asked for my passport, and I had to wait while he did other things after he asked for my passport. However, the next day, the young woman at the desk was exceptional. She tried to communicate with me and she held my bag While I went off walking around town. Before I had to take my bus.

The breakfast was amazing with a lots of variety and options. The bed was huge and very comfortable. An ideal place to enjoy the city.
