- the photos online made it look like this hotel was close to the beach. in reality there is no direct beach/ocean access and you'll have to find it a couple of miles away. the photo of the hotel with the water in front (from the salt winning plant across the road) is very misleading. we came in the off season and were the only ones in the hotel. I'm not sure what parking looks like during the busy season ... The hotel is also right at a busy road though you don't hear the noise when in the room. The sheets were not rinsed and still had a laundry residue and one of us had an allergic reaction to this.
- No access to the sea. No terracce or garden to sit outside. Nothing to do in the proximity of the hotel. You need to use your car to drive to Margherita di Savoia to access the sea. This place is for sure a front-runner in the contest for the ugliest beach-town worldwide. Rooms rather small.

The breakfast was generous and varied (salty and sweet). Special requests were fulfilled with an emphatic desire to offer hospitality.
the bread: small brioche rolls for cheese and salami fail to satisfy. Even the evening meal's plain white rolls were better and Puglia has much more inspiring breads and rolls to offer.
