    Pros +

    • This was our 'splurge' location. The room was very nice, but the main attraction was having a bathtub in room and the the bath house in the Spa. Being as this was off-season, we were the only ones in the Spa's mineral pool with it's jets, which was very relaxing and rejuvenating.
    • Spacious room, bathtub in the bathroom. Delicious an high quality breakfast in a spacious restaurant and very nice and helpful employees.
    • Retro decor was funView from our balcony was lovely Easy walking distance to townEasy driving to Bari Airport sites north of BariHelpful front desk staffDinner and breakfast were very good

    Cons -

    • Dinner was okay, but not exceptional. ... The breakfast buffet, however, was wonderful.
    • Tour buses stayed hereArea was a little tired Only one restaurant in town was open for dinner Not much happening in the town itself
    • As above. And very little information is given at check-in nor is there an information brochure in the room.

The description should explain that the hotel is mainly occupied by geriatric people who are referred by their doctors for medical treatments. And the indoor pool is closed from Saturday midday until Monday.

As above. And very little information is given at check-in nor is there an information brochure in the room.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained with excellent staff.

Good, the variety of the food.

The presentation & the toaster. Was taking to long for the toast to be ready.

Great location, private sandy beach. SPA facilities.

The breakfast is very poor. A few slices of salami, overcooked croissants, and rubbery scrambled eggs or a boiled egg. It would be better if there were no breakfast at all. The parking is very expensive, costing 20 euros per day, while parking on the street is 5 euros.

food was good, staff were excellent,

spa area had very limited times, we were out of season and unfortunately so many paces were closed

Staff very friendly!! Very helpful.Salvadore at desk was adorable.

9:30 for breakfast is too early

Fabulous location, excellent clean and well maintained sand beach, lovely sea view, very helpful staff, spacious and clean room. Gradual entrance to the sea - fabulous place for families with toddlers and kids.

The choice in the Continental breakfast was not diverse, but thank God it was available at all. For some unclear reasons the availability of electric sockets in the room was very limited - just 2 I guess which is not enough nowadays for all kind of gadgets and cameras.

Close to beach and everything close by. Rooms were large and comfy. Coffee machine in room with coffee pods. Toiletries in room were lovely. Shampoo and conditioner were amazing ??. Spa was lovely too.

Difficult to park outside hotel. We were lucky and found a space which cost €5 euros per day. Just had to update parking ticket every day( we used easy park app- which was simple to use). Hotel has parking but 20€ a day seemed high. Would of used there parking if €10 a day maybe

    The position and the spa

It’s a very old building, the parking space is way too expensive, there is water in the corridor from air con that makes everything unsafe. The breakfast is very very poor and the balconies are super old and unsafe.

The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful.Room was clean and service was okay in generalBeach was clean and not very crowded, however the service at the beach could be much better.

Make sure you don't arrive to the town hungry because by the time of check-in you literally cannot find anywhere to eat.( Most of the restaurants are closed between 14:00-19:00)I would have expected a better breakfast from a 4 star hotel but there was nothing special about it.Except the people at the reception, you can barely find someone who speaks any other language than Italian (including at the restaurant and beach). But this is not something special only for this hotel. The ratio of english speaking waitresses in the restaurants or bars is not more than 10%.We were there for few days in July. The sea was calm until 13-14 o'lock but it gets windy and rough after 15:00. The waves also bring some moss to the coast, which makes the experience very unatractive.Margherita di Savoia doesn't offer so much as other parts of Italy do. So if you do not specifically need thermal facilities or if you are not already familiar with this part of Italy, I would reccomend to avoid this town/hotel.For us it was definitely an overpriced stay. I would have had a much better holiday for this price in Greece or Turkiye.

good location beachside with easy access to the Main Street and restaurants but the main attraction is definitely the spa

more use could have been made of the large and beautiful lounge bar area on the 6th floor as the restaurant windows on that floor were too to see the view

    1MattiaPosted on: 6-8-2023

the position just in front of the sea and the accessibility to the beach

we took 2 rooms an executive and a suite. Air conditioning not working in one and leakage in the second one. My wife changed the room at 11 pm and I woke up at 5am. Very unpleasant stay despite the commercial gesture with an additional discount on the dinner and same rate applied on two rooms.

The finishes in this hotel, a bit old

Perfect location, incredible staff. Room was a bit small, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

    8UnknownPosted on: 9-3-2022

    cleanliness, staff

the breakfast - we don’t eat pork so the cooked section was quiet small and no alternatives to pork
