    Pros +

    • The hotel was very clean and nice. Perfect temeperture in the pool for a warm day. Nice sunbeds at the pool as well. Breakfast was good and they made omelett/scarmbeld egg freash for breakfast!
    • Emanuel and his family where exceptional hosts. Pool was fantastic. Our room was clean and met all of our needs for a family of 4. Breakfast was great. eggs to order and plenty of fruit and assorted pastries. I would highly recommend Salapia Salis Resort to anyone looking for a great value and a warm friendly host.
    • The staff were very accommodating.

    Cons -

    • The city was okay, perfect for relaxing but not so much else to do. Recomend to rent a car to go around the surrounding area.
    • The area was very quiet as it was the off season and so there wasn’t much to do.
    • When we arrived, one of the first issues we discovered was that the car park was a long and convoluted access away from the front entrance and very hard to navigate, especially in the dark and with a young child. You had to drive past a large, poorly-lit derelict area where the road was of poor quality in order to get to the hotel’s back entrance and car park. Even then, there was no signage anywhere to direct you. This was a daily and rather unpleasant inconvenience. Secondly, the back entrance to the hotel’s car park had a gate which was not automated to permit access. The owner requested that we call his mobile each time we wanted to get in so that he can let us in manually, yet he appeared visibly annoyed each time we did this. One time we WhatsApp-called him and he got really angry about that and said 'NEVER WHATSAPP CALL ME'.The rooms did not have basic drinking cups. The air conditioning system was difficult to navigate, so we had to get help. They had no iron which was unusual for a hotel. We had to borrow one from a friend. The swimming pool has no shallow end which makes it dangerous and unsafe for children. The water was freezing, so after one short trial while I clutched onto my two-year-old daughter we decided not to use it again. This was a real shame as it is highlighted as a key feature of the resort and our young daughter was looking forward to playing in the pool.At check-out, we were charged for a coffee that we never signed for. We realised that they billed us for a coffee when we first arrived when we had only asked for an empty cup. They never showed us an itemised bill. The owner was an unpleasant and menacing character.

We loved the hotel and the owner took great care of us. It’s clean, comfortable and has a great atmosphere. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Very kind staff that keeps the hotel in very good shape. The hotel is serene, modern, and clean. There are tasty ingredients on offer for the typical Italian breakfast (as such, on the sweet side of things). The nearby beach „Lido Playa Margarita“ (ask for a rebate as a hotel guest, need to rent deck chairs and umbrella there as usual) offers a very clean beach with large umbrellas and wonderful sand and water.

    Parking is expensive

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location . Very clean and fully equipped . A lovely big pool.A sufficient breakfast was included .Staff were very friendly , helpful and accommodating.Perfect location .Would definitely recommend.

It looked likes a quite small hotel, so anyone who likes to avoid crowds should feel fantastic. Pool is quite big for a hotel size, easy fits all guests. Staff is superb.

breakfast is on the weaker side, more traditional for Italy.

The Salapia Salis was a pleasant surprise and a perl in the Margherita di Savoia town. The hotel is brand new and the owner with his family went out of their way to help make our stay most enjoyable. The two days we spent there we were pampered and I can only imagine how beautiful the place is in the summer when guests can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the outside bar. The beach is only 5 minute walk away and all the restaurants are just around the corner. This was definitely a 5 star experience!

We stayed only day... it is not enough for this hotel and for Margherita di Savoia.

Good location (the centre of Margherita di Savoia, walking distance for the beach and the 'salt mine tourist information desk'). Big swimming pool. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.Secured parking spot at reasonable price.

It is the only place at a certain level in Margherita
