Little to no air-conditioning for four out of five days and with only 2 days remaining, they wouldn't let us cancel our reservation. Very unsympathetic to our lack of comfort.

It has a gym even though not well equipped, but for some reason gym is not available in many hotels in southern part of Italy!The hotel also has a pool to relax and many comfy sofas in the lobby which is perfect for reading.The room is clean with all needed amenities. The toothbrush saved us a trip to the pharmacy.

It is a bit far away from the town.

1. Bad WIFI: Some evening wifi access was not available staff said that they too have no access, couple days after password was added on wifi without notice, when wifi was available speed was less than 5Mbs therefore couldn’t stream games.2. Unavailable Breakfast: Although breakfast until 10am, when we came 09:15am not every thing was replenished.3. Hidden charges: On Check-out staff requested payment for water that was placed in our booked room without specific request.

We were given the room that we booked with a nice balcony ( 2 chairs and small table ) and had a nice view of San Giovanni di Ritondo ( Padre Pio - now San Pio ) , 2 Single beds - room a little small but still had a fridge and work space and considering the price with breakfast included was great value for money . Some people have complained about the Reception but I found them to be correct and diligent - you dont expect someone to be holding up a Welcome Banner at a large hotel like this with many Tour Groups . Supplied us with extra pillows when requested and perfect on check out , including later check out at 11.45 am .

Our problem with the staff was at the Restaurant the first night where all attention was on a Special Tour Group and the menu was limited / food ok but service very poor with extremely inexperienced staff with one or 2 VERY experienced staff , but attention elsewhere . The Breakfast would have been really good has someone taken care to refill the tableware at 9.30 am ( after Tour Group left ) , no coffee cups or spoons, knives etc and the scrambled eggs etc cold because no heaters were put underneath . I complained in Italian ( being half Italian am fairly fluent ) but just got the Puglia shrug as if Non ce niente da Fare . Second night we ate on the coast in Manfredonia - unassuming place on the pier with superb seafood .

Nice hotel but its location is too far from the city. If you don't have a car you will have a lot of trouble. There is no official taxi system in the city anyway.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very good location, close to the beach and town centre.

WiFi in the room was very poor and couldn't connect at all. Stay for business and no connection, not idea. Had to use the bar WiFi

It was a great experience in Regiohotel. I will definitely recommend staying if you are planning a trip around. Very comfortable and clean rooms, service was great and breakfast was delicious!

We are given an interconnecting room. We are not advise of this at time of booking

No coffee shop or other facilities for mid day snacks. Bar not staffed on most evenings therefore could not have a pre dinner drink.

The hotel was in a good location with rural views from our balcony. The room was very spacious.

You had to pay 3 Euro for a cap to swim in the pool, 15 Euro to sit in a deck chair and 2 Euro to sit in the restaurant. It felt that because we didn't speak Italian, the waiters in the restaurant couldn't be bothered with us. It's a shame because the hotel is lovely with well manicured grounds

Luxury Resort style hotel with spacious property and plenty of free parking. Room was large, clean, well furnished, and had access to private balcony overlooking the property. The hotel grounds and exterior pool were attractive and well maintained Room appeared recently renovated and well furnished. Washroom was modern clean, and spacious. Very comfortable new bedding. Hotel Staff was courteous and polite. On site restaurant was nicely decorated and clean, and serves a wide choice of food and beverages. Food was of very good quality overall and serving staff were engaged and polite. Very comfortable and relaxed stay at this property.

The property is somewhat remote as it located at the outskirts of main city/village centres and is not within walking distance of sites you may wish to visit/tour. A rental vehicle is recommended to explore surrounding cities and sites. However, as we had a rental vehicle, we used this property as our hub to explore the surrounding towns and areas, so this hotel and its location was particularly well suited for our needs.

Overall the hotel is good but we were disappointed in other aspects

We found breakfasts where not great as coach loads were in before us and items had run out and not been replenished. We ate an evening meal twice at the hotel. The first evening the waiter broke my water glass while clearing. He did not appear bothered and picked up the large bits from the table but did not clean up the shards or the glass off the floor before we left. We were also never given a receipt (breakdown) for how much the meals were going to be. Even when we paid on our check-out we were only given totals not the breakdown of what we had had.

Easy to find and ideal for people with cars as there is plenty of parking space. The hotel is nice and clean.

Despite there being a sign that they had wifi, they did not and with spotty connection, using cell phones for wifi wasn't ideal. It also seems to be a little bit mismanaged with paint scraping off of furniture.

No AC for 4 nights asked staff for a fan that never came. All rooms in hotel had no AC and the excuse was maintenance on the AC system. We paid for a room with AC and we never had what we paid for. Temperture in room was 27 digrees and had to spent 4 nights trying to sleep in that condition. We were told to leave balcony door open. This hotel is nice and clean but facilities not of a 4 star.

Most of our stay we were not satisfied at all in many ways.
