Saturnia Tuscany Hotel

Amazing location. The women at the Front Desk were wonderful! Fantastic breakfast each morning too!

Room was on the small side, but impeccably clean. I didn't care as much, but the $2 a day pool towel charge & $3 a day swim cap charge bothered my wife. On the second day we didn't use these items, but were charged. I didn't complain.

This property was located close to the Saturnia springs. The staff was most kind and helpful. Grounds were stunning.

I loved the entire hotel experience but the hostess Benedetto and manager Marco are truly exceptional people-- I was so exhausted when I arrived for this unplanned last minute stay and Benedetto made us feel as though we were long lost family- she turned my whole day around with her sweet personality and I would return and recommend this hotel anytime!

the hotel charged us extra for breakfast of a 3 years old kid. The food in the restaurant is super expensive and low quality compared to what we experienced elsewhere in Italy.

This place is a dream...feels like being in a disney castle with amazing views, comfy rooms, and excellent restaurants... the staff is very friendly and super helpful....

That we stayed just one day...hahaha... honestly, nothing, everything was perfect

Absolutely incredibly kind staff. They were curtious and helpful to my husband who has difficulty walking, showed where he could get around comfortably on the property. Handicapped accessible. Pool was incredible, food incredible, (breakfast buffet was SO good) and only 8 min from the Saturnia Hot Springs. Affordable, high end and beautiful, not a combo you find often!

Beautiful, clean, serene. Lovely and hearty breakfast. Perfect pool and spa.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room that we had was bright and airy and opened onto a private terrace which was perfect for relaxing. The food, service and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect with lovely views out over the surrounding countryside. There was a relaxed room for breakfast with a variety of foods available on the self serve buffet. The road leading to the property is steep and narrow, so it is exceptionally peaceful. The spa was small and relaxed with a lovely atmosphere.

I drove to this property and arrived around 9:00pm. The reception was helpful. The Google Maps was saying you’re arrived but I didn’t. Called the property. He helped a lot and I get there easily. The day after I wake up with a beautiful view in front. It was incredible. He also gave us a voucher discount for thermal resort.

The area was amazing. However the roads to get there are a little bit of a challenge driving through the hills.

The food options were a little disappointing and quality was average. The wait staff was not overall friendly.

Beautiful place and great location

Everything was perfect.We were surprisingly upgraded to a lovely room. Stunning scenery and fabulous location near to Terme Saturnia.

Beautiful landscape and views. Staff was very friendly.

The bed was two twin beds pushed together with no topper and was very hard. The pillows and towels were old and the restaurant food was a bit disappointing especially for the price point.

For me, this holiday was very impressive. Good service, beautiful view, delicious food, I felt fulfilled and happy. :)

View from room was wonderful towards Saturnia. Breakfast was a buffet, it was good with plenty of choice.Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. The Hot tubs were not easy to start & they lacked Oomph! The Pool was large and clean and set in a lovely garden with great views. The location was 10 minutes by car to the cascade.

I didn't like that the restaurant and breakfast room were both accessed by stairs outside of the main hotel building.

This is a gorgeous hotel. We only stayed 2 nights and I wish it had been longer. I could have looked at that view and sunset forever!

The restaurant was ok - the risotto amazing but the truffle filet was average at best.

the room was good, the staff are great, the dinner is very tasty and there is a variety of options. the breakfast also very good.

unfortunately the pool is full of flies (in the water), they have a jacuzzi outside, but it is filthy with flies also..
