- very dirty room full of dust and also Jakozi after 10 pm could not warm but who is the owner family is nice but when my wife said room is not that much clean they did not do anything

Cons -
- The room was dirty really
- Unfortunately, we couldn’t have dinner at the hotel because there was a private party, so we had to walk 10–15 minutes to eat at another place. When we came back to use the sauna, the party was still going on and the people talked very loud outside and walking near, so it was not possible to relax.Later we went to the pool and jacuzzi to enjoy some quiet time, but there was a couple and the man was loudly cleaning his nose in the pool! Then he jumped into the jacuzzi, splashing water on us, and did the same thing with his nose there as well. We left immediately because it was really unpleasant. Also, the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to rest.
- So the most obvious complaint is the cleanliness. The rooms were overall clean, but only superficially so. Some of the towels and robes had stains on them, we found hair that was not ours on the bedsheets once we arrived in the room, and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. At some point seeing those we were a lot more vigilant and probably found even more dirty parts that wouldn't have bothered us otherwise, but such is the situation when you see some dirty things. In the cleaning up between days, the cleaning staff did not change the towels we left on the floor (the stained ones), though we are pretty sure it's a universal sign for that. But to their credit they did come and remade the room very nicely.

The location is very nice for touring the most exciting areas of the dolomites, especially if you have a car. Additionally the rooms where big, the shower was cozy and the TV worked well with all of our streaming services so we could end each day with a nice movie. The hotel has lots of free parking, so it was no challenge at all to find a place to leave the car. We also felt very safe to walk around town at night, eating at El gringo's fantastic pizzeria and the AMMM hamburger place. We also liked the views from our window and the nice warm pool. Breakfast was tasty, and they had all we needed.

It is a very nice cozy hotel, great staff, good location with nice views.
One thing I would recommend will be to add some fresh fruits and vegetable for the breakfast.
The location was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and were great parts of our stay. Loved the sauna.
Clean room and friendly staff
Little choice for breakfast
This place is very good. The amenities were fabulous. Location is excellent to explore the Dolomites and other towns by car. Breakfast was good.
There was a bitter smell in our room that I found offensive. Didn’t bother my partner. May have only been in our room. Third floor, room 118.
Cute place. Great staff. Very picturesque. Excellent price.
Spa hot tub and sauna were not very hot. Beds were not very comfortable.
The best part of hotel is that you have access to the spa zone (pool, jacuzzi and sauna) till the midnight.Facility was clean and room was modernStaff was very friendly and helpfull thanks to them
The breakfast could be better - add some cheese and vegatable.m But better something then nothing.
Nice building in a quiet location yet accessible to town
Breakfast was poor- very basic with little choices & horrible coffee….Room was never serviced in 3 night staySound travelled around corridor (& hotel was fairly quiet when we were there)
The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a room with a great view. Excellent WiFi signal! There is a spa, which includes a pool and a jacuzzi. Lovely hosts. The owner does not speak English well, but we understood him well in Italian??. We liked everything very much.
Trully Italian breakfast: tea/coffee, meat, bread, yoghurts, fruits and sweets. We really missed vegetables, but we were ready for it.
Love all the amenities! The pool and sauna were great after our long trek. The grounds are lovely and peaceful and the staff was so friendly!
Great outdoor area with restaurant tables, and quite a nice view. Pool and jacuzzi with acceptable water temperature and great outdoor sauna with nearby campfire to warm on chilly evenings.Rooms were cozy (another way to say small), but at least at our there was no table and chairs.
Very smal choice on breakfast. Only warm meals was a very so so scrambled eggs and a toast. No vegetables.
Great service and friendly staff. Room great all you need for 2 nights stay. Pool was nice!
The female receptionist was very kind and attended to any requests we had. The room was equipped with electric blinds. The views from the garden were nice.
The room was not maintained well, there was mould in the shower and the shower doors fell out if you moved them to quickly. Also the pools, sauna and breakfast area were not clean. Additionally the sauna was not really controlled so that it was most of the times not really hot. There was a bath robe but no towels provided for the sauna which we had to specifically ask for.
Pool section and fireplace was great, also good temperature although the Whirlpool could be a bit warmer. Staff was nice and friendly, although during checkout we received 3 knocks from 7-9 am although checkout is upto 10. Parking space is great.
The breakfast is just bread and cheese with some standard dips, could be a bit more varied selection including fruits.
Very well equipped, access to spa, good dinner. Also, the room was clean and comfy.
The breakfast wasn't so varied.
Great location and facilities with really friendly staff. The set menu dinner was so good and to be able to eat outside with a superb view was a bonus.
Shame to get a room with a view towards the maintenance shed.
Extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast and wonderful facilities. We had a beautiful bedroom too.
