Loved the whole place… location beds staff breakfast and very clean❤️

Basic, comfortable room and friendly staff.The mountain views were stunning.

The hotel signage indicates that there is a restaurant when those days may be long gone.

The staff was great and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was simple but good. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was also simple but good!

The hotel does not have a spa or hot tub onsite, which was confusing during the booking process. Also, the hotel is in a sort of busy-road area that was no amenable to walking to dinner places or cafes.

The breakfast selection is not great and the neighborhood is extremely loud, especially in the early morning.

Horrible breakfast, poor service

A lot of parking spaces nearby, but it's a bit tricky to find the right way to the parking lot. The room was clean and nice. There's nothing to do in the city, but you can do 15-min walk to the Lagole area to get a nice view to the lake nearby

No air conditioning at all, so it was really difficult to sleep there. There's a heating system which can be useful during winter, but in summer the only way here is open window to the noisy street. Also, the room is really small and cramped.

We had a new reconstructed room. It was very modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Parking is great.

Stuff was nice but we were little bit disappointed because the lady at the reception refused our request to prepare a paid breakfast to take away in a package due to our early departure (around 6:30). In almost every hotel they usually comply with this request.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room is super nice and clean, the style of the room is so modern! I love the renovation of the room so much! Location of the hotel is also very good, just a few minutes of walk from the train and bus station. Staffs are very nice and helpful!

The location was perfect! The bus stopped right outside the hotel and we were a 5 minute walk to the train station.

Only thing to note is the town is quite small with limited restaurant options late night.

Breakfast was disappointing

Great location just a short walk from the train station. Nicely renovated rooms, very comfortable bed and the bathroom fixtures were excellent including a large shower with great water pressure! Bus to Cortina d’Ampezzo just across the street from the hotel.

Super comfortable and clean space for 2! The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast spread was fantastic with wide variety. Room was very clean, bed were made and towels refreshed every day. We had a great comfortable stay here!

Only downside is there was no lift so might be challenging for travellers with heavy luggages. But not too much an issue for us to be honest!

The lake walking distance from the Hotel was one of our favorite places to walk and to eat

the room has new furniture and was pretty spacious.

next to the main road. we have a room in the backyard but there was a construction firm and around 6:30-7 am all was very noisy. they dont tell us about that.the breakfast was very poor and the staff was bored . the staff to the restaurant very unfriendly . we arrived late and try to eat something but no chance although there was still customers in.
