It was beautiful. It was really a resort experience. The pool, beach, everything - beautiful setting. The shuttle drivers were so sweet. Front desk was super helpful.

Yes, the breakfast restaurant staff was really unpleasant consistently. The lady with the british accent was extremely off-putting. While making coffee one day, she got in front of me to teach someone how to restock cups.

The room and the view were great. The room and the balcony were amazing. The restaurant was delightful and the wait staff did their job great. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean.

The gym could have been better. The breakfast could have better choices for eggs.

Really convenient and beautiful location with a view of Mt Vesuvius! Due to the location the hotel is also very privately located away from the public. You can also pick between using the hotel pool or private beach. The staff is also incredibly helpful when you need assistance or have any questions.

Due to the wind, some of the rooms can be very noisy during the evening.

excellent location if you have a car. depends on room type you will have partial view to full view and all good. breakfast reasonably fine with enough selection. booking.com doesn't offer superior room with 270 degree view. these are the best room above reception area. deluxe full view room with balcony was great and we have no complain.

it will be helpful to add on description of hotel that entrance to hotel is from south side of the road and through parking because apple and google map keeps showing entrance on north side of the road because hotel is on North side and on the water.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful; view! Restaurant at evening very good! Convenient distance to Pompeii and Sorrento by Circunvesuviana train station, it runs every 30 minutes.

Very difficult to contact the hotel by phone! Bar service during evening also poor.

Nobody answers the phone when you call the hotel! And when answered your call is referred to a wrong extension or to a voice mail.

It looks better in reality than on the pictures. Very clean. Great pool and beautiful beach with a stunning view of Vesuvius and Napoli gulf. You can witness amazing sunsets over the mountains and it brings so much joy. It’s great for couples and families with kids. Though there is not much to do for kids except swimming both in the pool and the sea. The hotel has a comfortable parking lot which is really helpful.

This is a beautiful Hotel with an amazing view. Resturants accessible for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We loved our Room with a view.

The place has nice swimming pool and private access to the beach. Has own big car park. The room was very clean and nice.

I went there 19 years ago and I really liked the private beach, pool, and proximity to the town of Sorrento.

Upon arrival, the staff tried to force us to change our room because we had a child. They also didn’t provide us with a crib the first night so I didn’t sleep at allll. The staff was incoherent. The hotel used to be a crowne plaza and is now privately owned. Definitely a huge downgrade. They shouldn’t have charged me for the first night.

Great breakfast, we sat outside above the beach. Clean spacious room, comfortable beds. Deep kidney shape bathtub. Short walk to beach area with sunbeds, nice swim. Very large facility, very good value.

A little bit out of the way. We had dinner in Sorrento and were flying out of Naples airport, so it was perfect for us. Good location if heading toward Amalfi Coast from A45

A perfect facility – spotless clean, with friendly staff, a beautiful private beach, and a lovely pool. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The hotel is located far from the train station. While they do offer a shuttle service, the schedule is not very convenient—the last bus runs before 7 PM. This makes evening outings difficult, especially since taxis along the coast are not reliable. Going out at night was always a challenge.
