Pros +
- Beautiful views from room and outside. room was small but great with views. More of a venue for hosting weddings, etc. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok, italian options. we only found out as we were leaving that they make eggs for you as another table ordered. They could have informed us when arriving for breakfast. There were no dinner options, but we had a car and drove into town. Close by suggestion was a bit pricey. Would stay again. Parking is accessible and available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were hard, and we woke up a couple of times during the night due to this, but as we were only staying 1 night, it was OK.
- The hotel is located in a beautiful and elegant palace in the outskirts of Castellamare, our rooms were spacious, very clean and had a fantastic view of Vesuvius and the bay below. Continental breakfast was served at the table (presumably a buffet during high season) and also comprised a very generous selection of local freshly baked pastries. The staff was extremely friendly and available with anything we asked and for suggestions and recommendations (Daniela). We based ourselves in Castellamare to be in easy reach of the archeological sites.
- Cleanliness, view, friendly, breakfast, limoncello sprinters!!
Cons -
- Nothing, the hotel experience surpassed our expectations.
- Zero
- couldn't use safety deposit box as no instructions anywhere on how to use it. plus it wasn't even bolted to the wall. phone keep going off at random times, even at 2am, so unplugged it. asked reception why and no one knew. bed to hard. shower hot water constantly going hot/cold randomly. no control over aircon, e.g. on or off and the vents was right above your bed and blowing on you all night. seem to be limited to, 2 small free coffees for breakfast?

very nice hotel, building etc, well looked after, lovely views.

Nice hotel with an amazing view. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff was fantastic.
Personally, I didn't like the bed mattress it was too hard. Also, the complimentary breakfast did not include many hot dishes; everything was available for an extra charge. Additionally, they only provided one free coffee during breakfast; any additional ones were charged.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding views of Castellammare and Vesuvio. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff super helpful and friendly.
We are very satisfied with the hotel. The place it is located is amazing. The staff is great and the cleanliness is top. There is a good breakfast where you can sit and drink an cappuccino with amazing view. There is a large parking lot where you can safely park, which is free.
as a drawback, I can only point to the small window in the room we were in.
The staff was so nice and help us to enjoy our stay we really loved how they treated us.The hotel was beautiful decorated and clean.Internet was good
It feels isolated far from restaurants or shops and they don't have a restaurant at the hotel so if you don't have car you can't eat or drink anythingBreakfast the same everyday no variety Bed and pillows uncomfortable It looked like it has pool in the photos but they don't have one
Amazing view of Naples bay
Mobile network in the room was quite poor, almost no internet from mobile. But the hotel provided a working wifi.
Our stay at Boutique Hotel - Villa Cimmino in Castellammare di Stabia was an absolute delight. Nestled on a hillside with breathtaking views of the sea, this charming boutique hotel effortlessly combines timeless elegance with modern comfort. The rooms are beautifully appointed, exuding luxury and serenity, while the attentive and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The culinary experience for breakfast is exceptional, and dining on the terrace overlooking the sea is a memory we'll cherish. Villa Cimmino's strategic location allowed us to explore the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Sorrento with ease, making it the perfect base for unforgettable adventures. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem along the Amalfi Coast – Villa Cimmino exceeded all my expectations.
Nothing, It was perfect!
The room and the view were unmatched for the price. It was the best value for money we found on our holiday. I would stay again for sure. You need a car as getting there by bus or taxi is either time consuming or expensive. There was a wedding there that night and it didn't impact our stay in the slightest.
The breakfast was not the best continental style, it could have provided some more options. The internet was also extremely poor making it difficult to watch TV or be on phones when relaxing.
Probably the best view of the Gulf of Naples. Excellent staff. Renovated old Villa decor with beautiful tiled floors.
1. The hotel does not have a restaurant, just an informal bar and breakfast room. Being far from the city itself, guests need to have a rental car or call a taxi anytime they wish to go out for anything.2. The hotel hosted events every day (4) we were there. That made parking a nightmare, first finding a free space, and second, finding your car blocked by attendees to the events.
You can enjoy a wonderful view from your room.
There is no restaurant. I have to go out for dinner nearby. Free parking must be accessed carefully, but may be common in Italian traffic conditions.
Recently renovated hotel, very quiet and great location.
Clean, staff polite and helpful.
The location. It is on a very busy street and the hotel was hard to find. Some guy on the street had to drive with us to get to number 95. We were supposed to have a room with garden view but it was not really a garden but a construction site.
The breakfast was exceptional and the view was spectacular. The staff was great and helped us find what we needed during our stay.
The staff was very attentive, they helped with our facultative trips.Very pleasant staff in the breakfast room.Very clean and big free parking.
The room needs more storage space for clothes, and is a bit small. The breakfast was nice but needs more options, like more fruits and salty varients.
Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Location and view were fantastic. Outdoor and the view from terrace was breathtaking. Private parking provided at no extra cost.
Hotel was just renovated and seemed as though the owners had run out of money just before finishing everything off. Lobby and breakfast room still need quite bit more furniture bring things together. No AC in corridors. Kitchen desperately needs more equipment and staff. Breakfast options were extremely limited. On the second day of our stay, we were told by kitchen staff that eggs and cheese are finished for the day, and they won't be refilled. It was around 8:30am and breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. Though when we complained to reception, they apologised and resolved he issue then and there. More food was served with 10-15mins.
Loved the location , the receptionist , the rooms
No ambient lighting in the rooms . Was either very bright or off , no where in bathroom to put toiletries . No food after 8 pm when I was there , coffee wasn’t good
I liked the room, very clean, and the view is wonderful. I would like to thank the employee, Rosalyn, for her kind reception and her most beautiful smile, also the parking attendant was very nice
only there’s no coffee maker in the room or tea
