La Panoramica Hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice variety for breakfast. Beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius.

The location was not convenient. It was a long walk to the train station to get to Sorrento.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was huge and the fascilities very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent with lots of fresh fruits and nice cakes.

The location was not good for me as I didn't have a car and walking to town on a dodgy empty road felt dangerous. It's only 25 minutes but on the way back it is also up the hill. The nearby beaches were tiny and very crowded. The waiter at breakfast didn't say anything like hello, please and thank you in English or Italian so he could benefit from learning some manners.

We loved the hospitality - the hotel manager was so helpful.The view was breathtaking - wish there was food service at the pool but it was overall lovely.

I wish there was an option to make the room colder Also option to order room service .

Air conditioner wasn't working, noisy traffic, the shower handle fell off and toilet paper holder. Staff was mostly rude and not helpful.

The location is remote without a car, it is accessible by walking 25-30 minutes to downtown..poor meniu for dinner..

Cleanness in the room is not very well - dust in the room. Location is not good for that ones who traveling without car, because the bus lines are not reliably, and bus scheduled which we got in the hotel is not correct.

hotel is located far from the city Castellammare di Stabia, there is. bus stop near the hotel but bus goes only one time per hour. Also almost all beaches are paid, there are 2 small free beaches but there are a lot of people there, very uncomfortable. But if you are ready to pay 30-50 euro for the beach then you’ll like it? Also there are no supermarket near the hotel, cause hotel is located on road between Napoli and Sorrento

Room was very clean and we had ha supernice view over Italy from the balcony.

Historical property with beautiful decor throughout. Staff fab and helpful. Only 10 min walk to train station to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and Sorrento.

The service is very friendly. Only a short ride to Pompeji, Herculaneum and Napels.

The hotel is called "La Panoramica", not because you have a view of the Vesuv (by accident) but because it is located at the road "Panoramica". And exactly that's the problem. It is a very noisy location. You can only sleep with closed windows. Additionally the panorama of the Vesuv is decorated with a "very nice" view into the industrial plant of a shipyard.

The location is perfect to explore the coast of Amalfi, Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvio and Napoli. Direct view on Vesuvio from our room. The staff was very helpful and polite. Good breakfast and service. Very clean hotel.

Difficult access from the parking area to the reception and elevator. During the day it is very busy and noisy outside due to the traffic heading for Sorrento. A close by ship construction company is very active as well. It is very quiet late evening and during the night.

We had a free upgrade to a room with seaview and the bed was huge and comfy. The room was very clean too. The reception service is great allowing us a slightly later check out and very friendly. :)

Nothing, everything was great

Rooms are super clean, smells nicely, staff are very helpful, checkin was quick, they checked us one hour early, breakfast was good too and had a lot of varieties, room view was unspeakable

It was amazing! And and the staff is great! The view is stunning and the food is delicious!

The top floor of the hotel, from where the view was great, was under renovation.

There was mold in the walls everywhere and dust inside our room. Breakfast was not very good and the location of the hotel isn't great. The only good thing was the nice view of the port from our dusty window. The door of our room also was not opening easily and it was like it was broken in.

Nice view from the top floor. Hotel caters to bus groups, so breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of variety.
