We really appreciated the breakfast and dinner. The buffets were very good. A brewery inside the hotel has a very good beer. The animators were very friendly and would translate the games for our kds. All went very well.

We missed hangers for towels in the room or more in the bathroom.

Nice location, great parking place, new clean buildings, excellent cuisine.

Organization of the meal- it was a mess, the host at the door should limit people influx and keep some outside until there are free tables. Also, window for meal delivery should be prolonged, I think one hour more should make the difference.

Busy over the weekend

No iron in the room, lack of room service, too many people at the cafeteria and food was dissapearing like crazy.

Location is great ?. Our room was spacious because was located in the corner but rest of rooms average size. Food was tasty. Animation for small kids only and during the day time. Mini disco or some evening entertainment for children is not available.

Lifeguard on swimming pool not present all the time. Hotel is quite opened and no one is checking the dining room presence. Anyone can come from the street and dine really... very busy dining room and despite of staff effort to provide good service it is chaotic.

1. No control over breakfast/dinner time. Too many people with no sitting plan/assistance, overall chaos and very same menu every day. 2. Lifts are not programmed well or broken. Impossible to use it.

Big apartment, nice decor and style, many electric sockets and lights, all brand new, nice shower gel, spacious parking lot. Great massage at hotel Spa centre.

Small saunas and swimming pool for size of the hotel, steam sauna was out of order. Pool water very cold. Room shower - poor water pressure. Average food or I should say some dishes good some below average so overall average, too salty (beef tatar), not many fruits, fruit juices were made from a concentrate (awful), coffee not available at lunch or dinner and only until 10 am at breakfast. Poor selection of cakes or any other type of sweets as a dessert. Only two lifts for a busy hotel, and very small lifts, some staff friendly some not, gym facility was a joke (tiny room with treadmills), not properly washed plates on which food was served, we found a piece of plastic in one of the dishes (salmon tatar). Long check-in (one member of staff at reception desk). Bar cocktails - they have no clue about cocktails. Just go for simple drinks like G&T. Parking paid extra. No way they deserve 4 stars.

Welcome drinks, variety of local food with homemade pizza, live music in the evening, SPA, swimming poll and saunas, large double-room apartment with kitchen and balcony. Large parking onsite.

Seems hotel is still under construction. Missing TV in bedroom. There is a kitchen, however no way to cook - no cutlery, pots, pans - was told by reception it's a policy. Very noisy room at night: mechanical noise - it's located just above the kitchen, loud periodic sewage pipes flush echos in the middle of the room. Shower has incorrectly connected hot/cold water pipes. Swimming pool opens 10AM, while checkout is at 11AM. Not many personal speak English.
