- Upon arrival reception have not informed me that at the end of stay I will have to pay for parking and “climate fee”. When it comes to “climate fee” that is a normal charge you pay when you go to any sea side or mountain resorts. I get that. And as a experienced tourist I was expecting it. Still I SHOULD BE informed about that charge upon arrival and not when I was checking it.But to be asked to pay for a car park that belongs to the hotel I was staying in was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not only no one tells you that you will get charged when you arrive but how incredibly greedy is that. Charge your own clients for a car park. Rooms could be cleaner. Carpet have been horribly stained and during our 5 day stay no one have cleaned our bathroom. TV was all covered in a thick layer of dust. Had to clean it myself as it hangs just above that desk where you have your kettle and I do not fancy my tea with dust.
