- Room given with the mould in the shower..Bad smell coming from the shower pipe..We couldn’t stay in the offered room..we had to move in the middle of the night ..as it was not possible to breath…smell of the excrements so bad..?Kitchen appliances in really bad condition..No płace for adult guests at the swimming pool provided..children everywhere..no lifeguard visible or present .Very stressful and not possible to relax in SPA or sauna ..Not possible to get anyone responsible for the situation..The managers never contacted us..we had to ask BOOKING.COM for intervention to get the compensation for this nightmare we had experienced at the hotel..?
- There was a garbage house outside of our apartment which smelled awful for two days. During the meals it was quite chaotic even though there was enough food for everyone, maybe have some organization during meals to avoid the chaos? Also the rooms for kids and gym didn’t seem to be appropriate for the purpose, rather stuffed in where convenient. The space where there was organized kids play was awful and smelled horribly - should be repainted and made more appropriate for kids.
