Very convenient in the middle of downtown and next to the Sidra street (Gasconia)

The hosts went way beyond expectations. We had some trouble using our location system in a new location, and the host came to find us! Since we were two women traveling together, I used a sofa bed, and the hostess came almost immediately to make it up. The comforts provided truly made this attic apartment a home away from home. It was lovely to have a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated.The location was perfect, being near the bus station and within easy walking distance to restaurants and important sites.

I think it would be perfect for a couple. For me, since I was sleeping on a sofa bed, it could have been more comfortable.There were some neighbors who were noisy in the evenings.

Close to the “ cidrerias”, very clean, frontdesk very helpful.

The property was modern, clean and well designed. Room was small but functional. Best part was the proximity to old town, which was two blocks away. Highly recommend.

Great location and facilities. All you need to enjoy your stay in the city. A little hard to get to the location and parking is off-premise but has direct access to the hotel.

Perfect

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and very quiet! The bed was very comfortable also. The location is perfect! Highly recommend.

The bed was ultra large and very comfortable, with extra pillows and good bedside table with light and socket. Bathroom is large and well stocked with toiletries. The decor is modern and sleek.

Arriving via car or as a pedestrian was a nightmare. There are very few signs indicating how to find the lobby, which is hidden in a corner 4 stories above street level next to a connection site. Coming from the parking garage was very confusing, we wandered around searching for almost 30 minutes with our bags.We have found Asturias to be a poor experience for customer service and hospitality in general, but this hotel must be the worst example from our 2 week trip. They refused to serve us coffee in the morning unless we purchased their breakfast buffet. There are no facilities to make your own coffee in the room. The hotel website clearly states there is room service but when we requested coffee they told us they do not have room service either. It felt like the staff at the front desk actively wanted us to leave them alone. In 25 years of traveling I've never encountered a hotel that wouldn't serve their guests coffee, let alone a so-called "4-star" hotel. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel or its affiliates to anyone. People should also know there is an active construction site within 10 meters of the hotel.

In a nice area, clean and modern

Room on the small side, but functional.

Property is new (only 1.5 years old) and one can experience that. Clean big rooms with a lot of light. Bed is very comfortable. Our room had separate small room with a sofa-bed and tv. Very close to everything. Access to Garage to park rental car. Reception people are very friendly and knowledgeable about the environment.

Room has only view to next building (under construction).

I wish there was coffee/tea in the room, the coffee in the self-service hospitality room wasn't good, and the hours were limited.

Clean room with large, comfortable bed. Location is very good, in walking distance from the city center. The staff was very nice. We would definitely recommend the hotel and stay here again.

We did not have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Parking is a bit expensive, but because the hotel has an agreement with the parking space, it is cheaper than just taking any random parking. Our room had views to a construction site, but that didn't really bother us. In our room, we could hear noise every time the sewage system got used, which took some getting used to. Otherwise, the room was very quiet.

We were on the second floor. There’s some construction going on next-door but just a little bit noisy but not that bad overall. We could’ve changed rooms but we didn’t and we were the only for two nights. It was actually OK.

1.The room is simple but comfortable and with good natural light.2. Quiet place at night.3. The bathroom is spacious and the facilities are good.4. It’s in a newly created zone, like a shopping mall(?) the building next to it is under construction, but we’re not affected by any noise.5. Supermarket nearby, really convenient.

Everything is fine, just some slight things to notice:The entrance is a little bit hard to find.The sink is shallow, water might spill out of it.
